This is good! Almost all the items are without onion garlic except sambar n rasam! 😊
We won't use coconut in rasam. And no jaggery in parippu. Even avial is missing some ingredients.

This thali series is great effort 👏 👌. I saw many have different view about recipes. Each state have different style of cooking of same dish in different regions so recipes and ingredients may differ . I enjoyed and was looking forward to learn and enjoy.

The Malayalam word in the thumbnail says 'SAD'... It should be 'സദ്യ'- SADYA
As a bangali I can't think of how these combinations will taste...I thought masala dosa, uttapam were the most famous south indian dishes...would definitely love to taste such thali some day 👍
Dosa is nothing in front of other south Indian dishes you should definitely try something rather than dosa to feel the difference
Anything that doesnt contain contain is not from kerala.. we have adopted dosa idli vada etc from the neighbouring state of tamil nadu...

As much as I could comprehend her, she wanted to say that she loves the tamil brahmin cuisine, as Brahmins of both the state do not use onion and garlic, u don't need to call them moron, as you should always remember that there are a lot of times when you people are also using casteist statements. And being proud of one's family history is not a wrong thing.

We don't add water in cabbage thoran and avial. And in rasam nobody adds coconut also u forgot to add coriander leaves and for pickle we don't use coconut oil.
