I am a malayali born and brought up here in delhi ...everytime i go to keralai want to have a nice uun from restaurant there .... my cousins find it funny how i dont want to eat anything like shawarma n all and only look for my uun . They won't know simple vegetarian keralian sadhya is love ❤

Ada means rice or wheat flakes... Paalada means a payasam based in the Ada, milk and sugar.. Ada Pradhaman means payasam based on Ada, Jaggery and Coconut milk
