Thank you for showing people how to make these recipes. There are several dishes I had never seen before, so I am looking forward to making them myself. I do not understand why people think vegetarian food is boring or restrictive; there are so many varied dishes with a wide range of ingredients that you will surely find plenty to keep you satisfied if you just keep an open mind.

I took coaching at KOTA and most of the dishes were served in our Hostel💗💜. Tab naam nhi Pata tha.. Aaj Yaadein Taza Ho gyiii. I used to love that " Gatte ki sabji" and "Mongodi Kadhi" but didnot know how to eat "Dal baati"(my Rajasthani friends used to laugh at me because of that😂)?💗💜

The music is so mesmerizing , I am feeling as in I am in Rajasthan 😃,. I visited Rajasthan twice , I ate pyaz kachori , and special Rajasthani khana , but still while seeing this thali video I am thinking that I missed a lott , hope I must visit Rajasthan soon so that I can have a lott more delicious food while visiting the forts and palaces out there 😄.
There is nothing such like a pure rajasthani cuisine...who puts the baking powder in the dough of baati and bajra(millet) roti is preferably cooked on an earthy tawa.

Recipes and Video is great. I just wonder and heard it many times that curd related items are not supposed to be cooked in a brass utensil as it generates poison. If so, please mention it as it a very serious matter of concern.
Yes. Nowadays people set curd in steel utensils and what not. However it should be set in only ceramic or clay pots like its done in Bengal with Mishti Doi. Also what u said is absolutely correct. But hardly people are having these knowledge and they care about it

In rajasthan when we are making gatte ki sabji...We don't use onion ,garlic just ginger and whole spices
