I agree with Amav. In all the THALI posts the poor ladies who make such an effort are not shown only the SANJEEV KAPOOR's products are shown. In short indirectly advertisement for his products are done.

Apart from dishes which are totally appetising, I liked utensils the most. They are traditional and reminding me old days when modern days utensils weren't available. In fact making food in suchlike pots and pans is quite healthy and salubrious.

Sir Odia thali kab banoge.
Many recipes have been altered.
In Bateta tameta nu shaak, we don't add garlic.
And boiled potatoes are not used.
In fact potatoes are added after the tempering and last to add is tomatoes.
Since tomatoes cook easily
