In 1304, as Edward I of England was sieging Stirling Castle, he had the largest trebuchet ever, the Warwolf built. Many say that the scope of the trebuchet is, in the end, what caused the Scots to capitulate, but in truth, it was the massive amount of Nokia phones gathered as payload that caused the blood to drain from their faces.

the 3310 is literally a brick. as in it can be used as a brick. robbers breaking into your house? throw the 3310 at them. nail need hammering down? 3310. building a house? you get the idea.

At the time, it felt like it was the most advertised feature about that phone. I actually owned one back in college (the one with the matte rubber-ish finish on the front.) Looked beautiful, size wasn't too big. But the keypad was one of the worst I've used. Just slightly better than the SLVR's keypad. That one ate through your fingerprints.

Well, Nokia made all kinds of phones. Sliding phones (like the Nokia 7650 that my dad had), flip phones, Nokia N-Gage which was supposed to be a gaming console and a phone hybrid. A few with a really weird form factor, like the square one.
