Given the topic of this clip, I think it's important to distinguish between seiso (as thought of within Japanese idol culture) and wholesomeness (as we Western folk think of things).
The #1 example here is Marine. Marine is not by the definition of Japanese idol culture 'seiso'; she's sexual, often course, and willing to discuss things that more seiso idol's won't. However, given that, she's incredibly wholesome - yes, she's super horny, but the way she interacts with both her chat and the other members of hololive, she is incredibly considerate, super in-tune with people's feelings, and just generally 'feel-good'.
I'll admit that I've not personally run into someone who is seiso but not wholesome; I think it might be like a Venn Diagram where wholesome as a greater category has seiso and not-seiso as elements within it.
