I have a feeling that Anthony Burch wrote mostly for the soldiers than he did for the rest of the characters. And the other writers just wrote for the other soulless “main characters”.
Given that tediore soldiers can digistruct other tediore soldiers as shown in the opening scene, odds are its like the same 8 friends just duplicated to fill an army

These guys were probably the first successful test subject(s) for the digistructed people thing and they probably didn’t want to pay someone the whole “licensing fee for using you to make an army of clones” for a high profile soldier.
i was honestly kinda disappointed that tediore and vladof were both absent from 3, it seemed perfect with jakobs, atlas, and having had hyperion the previous game
The slick AF armor and the gun minibots with AI make them sounds like a super high tech scifi army instead of the discount brand they're meant to be lol
Damn, Tediore is just too nice to be threatening and the fact they don't do anything illegal and questionable with their business makes them the smallest and weakest

They arent. Tediore as a company isnt really evil. The soldiers arent doing anything questionable or morally wrong. They're just doing their job. Among the Borderlands manufacturers Jakobs and Tediore are the good guys. Dahl, Maliwan and Hyperion the baddies, and Atlas, Torgue and Vladof are mostly neutral. You wont find genocide and the likes on a tediore invasion.
