I just told my mother: I’m going to do some chores outside today. She interrupted to say, “if you need me to help carry something let me know, that’s all I’m really good for.” She said this in an Eeyore-esque, melodramatic, woe-is-me sort of way, and I asked, Why would you say it like that?
She freaked out at me and said she can’t take “all the criticism”, by which she refers to my daily requests that she find some way to emotionally regulate herself.
Every day around her is non-stop DRAMA, and I mean non-stop. She can’t stop talking and when she does, it’s loud and overly emotional and like twenty minute long stories where most of the time she’s expressing resentment and anger over this or that.
Totally fucking unhinged. Unwilling to take personal responsibility for anything, truly, anything. It’s like she spins in circles all day and during the brief moments where she focuses, she just sees red (anger).
I don’t know how to help her because the constant sound of her dramatic conversational narcissism is just sending my mind into pieces.

Just respond 'Ok, thank you.' And move on.
      Don't take the BAIT!

Strange, how a cornerstone with an ocean of wisdom cant find an audience of millions in all languages to assist good people with knowledge to build bridges and improve life where there is an active agenda of control, suppression, and destruction. Get your SEO connected with keywords and groups to reach audiences in much need of help. Your content should be instilled in schools and colleges. It will even the score in the
    Empath vs Narcissist battlefield. ❤
