Last line was 'The real job was done by Coal India' like Anil Sir said, India should salute Coal Worrier who is working in their remote mines 24X7 to provide energy security for the nation...
Corrupt practices were prevalent during that regime, allocating could have given some way to corrupt practices, mines given under new regime by auctions gave good revenue and coal distribution is now streamlined and electricity shortage became matter of past.

Public welfare policy to keep the output cost balance as sir mentioned. In an auction the price go high at a maximum level which will result to prices go up for the coal based products and it's the public the end consumer who will suffer
This officer is egoistic he more proudest that he corrected the numbers. But as a citizen we spend so much money on him & politicians they should not done scams. But he he here defending indirectly that it's not a scam. If so y Supreme Court suspended license ? If he is right then he should reopen the case and provide the proof. Everyone wants tobe lime light that's the issue.
