Sadly there is no law for unfair suspension or transfer of bureaucrats...there should be one. Although many bureaucrats are dishonest, politicians treat them unfairly to hide their crimes and make them scapegoats.
Transfer hoga that doesn't mean tum nenhi karogi agar achha and legal kaam ke liye thodi bahat transfer hoga to bhi sahi he. Tumko bachna hoga. Citizens need ko bhi and politicians ki majbori ko bhi. A balanced approach le kar chalna hoga.
With all due respect, at the end of the day those are his views and ways. Not necessary to emulate the same. If one can't figure out on how to best deal with these issues on their own conscience, principles and clarity, one has no place in the civil services.
This gentleman admitted that he performed first 10/15 years of his initial period of working in a prejudiced manner as a Civil Servant, because of his own misplaced understanding. He should voluntarily apply for reduction of his Pension by 50%. That will prove his credentials.
Anil Swaroop Sir, please comment on the present lot of bureaucracy. The present lot is indolent and nonchalant. They are all not just yes Sir type but also take advantage of the system to prosper illegally.
I understand your concern. Bureaucracy is a system of government in which most of the important decisions are made by state officials rather than by elected representatives. It is true that bureaucracy can be slow, inefficient, and sometimes corrupt. However, it is also important to note that bureaucracy is an essential part of any government. It helps to ensure that laws and regulations are enforced, and that public services are delivered effectively. India has been struggling with corruption in its bureaucracy for a long time. According to Transparency International's 2022 Corruption Perceptions Index, India scored 40 out of 100, indicating a high level of corruption in the country ¹. Corruption in India is blamed for stunting the economy of the country ¹. It is important to address the root causes of corruption in the bureaucracy, such as excessive regulations, complicated tax and licensing systems, and the lack of transparent laws and processes ¹. Replacing bureaucracy entirely is not a feasible solution. Instead, the government should focus on reforming the bureaucracy to make it more efficient, transparent, and accountable. This can be done by simplifying regulations, reducing red tape, and increasing transparency in government processes. In conclusion, bureaucracy is an essential part of any government, but it needs to be reformed to make it more efficient and transparent. The government should focus on addressing the root causes of corruption in the bureaucracy, rather than replacing it entirely. Source: Conversation with Bing,

Its the bureaucrats who paves the way for politicians to do corruption while having their hands in glove together.

In my opinion Both Civil Servants and Politicians have too much power. This needs to be fixed.
Civil servants power should be reduced. And politicians should improve themselves
@@technicalgamers7324why
@@technicalgamers7324 What's the reason for reducing power of civil servants?
@@technicalgamers7324 absolutely not. The power of politicians over civil servants should be reduced
What is the point being not guilty and suspended for no reason ... Because she is a politician and can suspend anyone by her power , is it democracy
Even in America same thing present
