And apply this exercises even walking will be definately worked. for some ladies its work in 3 days even for some of them these exercise worked within hours.And one more thing most of people asking this questions that can they do this exercise ?? and ans is yes even in 38 week of preganancy they can do its all natural position so with slowly and with caring thats all.Result will see to everyone dear thank☺
