Thanks so much for watching this video! 😊 Please remember! The things that we teach in this video basically facilitate the whole turning process for your baby. However, it’s still up to your baby to actually turn 😉. If your baby hasn’t turned by week 34, then a very effective approach to turn a breech baby is a procedure which involves postural techniques and moxibustion. This is what we describe in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html. All the best for you!!!
I find your videos VERY informative and easy to follow. Would you also do a video on pregnancy induced Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and the right exercises to alleviate it?
@@georginag5226 Thanks so much for your feedback Georgina!! ❤️ We really appreciate it! 😊 Also, thanks a lot for your input! We will definitely put it on our list. We just don't know WHEN exactly we can produce a video on this topic. 😬 With that said Georgina, one thing that we really really really wholeheartedly recommend for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is acupuncture!! We had a few cases at the clinic! It worked for ALL of them! So, this is something you may wanna try GIVEN that you can find an experienced acupuncturist... We really hope this helps you!! ❤️
As you said I did all exercise...but suffered with big mental stress. By the last time of by labour pain he didn't turn for that reason I got c-section. Is there any emotional reason for baby turning down... bcoz he didn't respond
@@awisewomen9692 Hi there! ❤️ Please note that the role of emotional reasons in regards to baby's position in the womb are not well researched. All we know is that when the mother suffers from mental stress, it can have a big impact on the baby - in many ways. We are just not sure if it could also affect the position. That said, did you also try moxibustion which we show in this video? th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html
Hi I just wanted to say thank you for your video!!! I was breech at 35 weeks and at 36 weeks and 4 days I got an ultra sound done and baby is head down!!! I did the Posterior pelvic tilt, knee chest position, breech tilt and applied ice pack. Also I starting sleeping on my left side only and placed a pillow between my legs, and I purchased the moxibustion from amazon and applied that to my left and right toes ( I did that 2 times for 2 days for 20 mins on each side) also I went swimming the day before my ultra sound. I don’t know what exactly helped but I prayed about it and God helped! I hope my feedback can help someone.

Hello there 😊, the pelvic rocking exercise is something that a woman can do throughout her pregnancy, given that her doctor allows it. For example, some women have pregnancy-related complications like an incompetent cervix, or a low-lying placenta which covers the cervix (placenta praevia), or problems with their spine. In that case, the doctor may not allow them to do the pelvic rocking exercise... We hope this helps 😊! All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️

Hello there 😊, please note that once you are in week 34 of your pregnancy, we have found that moxibustion in combination with breech baby turning exercises can be a more effective approach to turn a baby (given that your doctor allows you to do these exercises). Hi there 😊, thanks so much for this feedback! 😊 Personally, we don't like the lighting in this video at all. The truth is: we had a problem with our first camera which we used to record the first couple of videos. What it did was it kept changing the settings during the recording which produced a constant "overexposure" (is that how you call it at all?). But the advantage here is that the overexposure prevents people from seeing our wrinkles... 😅 In general, what we do is, we use two softbox lightening kids in front of us and one coming from the side (where Mathias sits). No natural light. 😊👍
Hi, hopefully this isn't a silly question. I'm just doing more research because I'm a couple week pregnant and I want my rainbow baby (I miscarried last summer) has the best chance possible. I'd be devastated if I lost a second one.. But for the question, When is it most important to start the breeching excercizes and worrying about my sleeping position? Should I be doing it the whole time just to get the habit, or is it more necessary in the later trimesters when the baby has grown enough to make the baby bump?
Hi there 😘, there are no silly questions! We can absolutely understand that you are worried given the fact that you lost your last baby! So please, don't even think about it! Here is our answer: Normally, you would not need to worry at all about a breech position. Really, the majority of babies do turn all by themselves when it's time to do so... Some earlier, some later. Therefore, please don't let this occupy your mind! What we normally do to support this process is, we start with both, the exercises and the sleeping position around week 24. Not because it's super necessary to start around that time. But more because those exercises are really great in several ways... not just to turn the baby... The same applies to the sleeping position: as your uterus and baby grow, more and more pressure will rest on your body and, in particular, your veins. That is a major reason why we propose that sleeping position (turning a breech baby is secondary to that). Rest assured: you really don't have to do this every day/night to make this work... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you a healthy pregnancy and ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
In my 7 month scan baby was in cephalic position. Where as in 36th week scan got to know baby is in breech position. Is there any chance now for me to turn my baby position ?
Hi there 😊, yes, absolutely! However, we have found that from week 34 onwards, moxibustion in combination with breech baby turning exercises is more effective to turn a breech baby, while pelvic rocking works better before week 34. Here is a video in which we explain moxibustion: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html. We have seen this approach work even for babies in week 37. Just keep in mind that your baby can only turn if nothing prevents your baby from doing so (like the cord). But your doctor would probably have told you by now when that would be the case... All the best for you and your baby and good luck with the exercises!! ❤️❤️

Im 32 weeks pregnant right now my baby is in breech my doctor says inside is already very tight and it will be difficult for my baby to turn would my baby still be possible to turn the head down?
Hi there 😊, just to make sure that we understand what you are trying to tell us: So, your doctor told you that your baby does not have enough space in your UTERUS to turn??? Is that correct? If so, does your uterus have a particular shape that deviates from what is "normal"?
Hi there, I'm 29 weeks today and my baby is in breech position (Frank) I'm a bit worried. I have blood clots in my luns and gestational diabetes, what kind 9f exercise do you think is best for me.
Hi there 😊, first of all, please note that 29 weeks is still early days! Most likely, your baby will move into the right position all by him/herself. So, please don't be worried just yet! With the kind of conditions you have, we would be very careful with exercising! The best is probably to do the birth ball exercises that we show in this video GIVEN that your doctor approves (so please do get the approval of your doctor!). In any case, they can be more than enough to help your baby into a better position. Please don't do the exercises that we teach in our other video about turning a breech baby! The other thing is: try to make as much space as possible in your womb so that baby is more likely to move into a better position, for example, by sleeping in a good position: th-cam.com/video/L0Fb_HdBtog/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
How i wish I get to watch this before now😕 I am 38 weeks +5 days and we just discovered that our son is on a breech position. The doctors said nothing can be done.
Hi there ❤️, we are very sorry to hear that! 38 weeks + 5 is really very late to try something. The only thing that we can think of is moxibustion in combination with breech baby turning exercises, given that you are allowed to exercise. We explain how it works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html At this stage, it's very difficult to make this work. However, sometimes, babies really only just turn in the very last minute which is why moxibustion COULD in theory still work... And if that doesn't help: we always say to women at the clinic that the most important thing of all is that eventually, a healthy mother is able to hold her healthy baby in her arms!! And that is what we wish you with all of our hearts!! We wish you all the best for the upcoming delivery, for you and your baby!! ❤️

I have to sleep on a wedge pillow due to severe GERD. Is there anything I can do to encourage head down while I sleep? I will use the pillow on my side, but it’s hard to maintain that position all night
Hi there Stephanie ❤️, poor you! GERD is really a nasty problem, particularly, in its severe form. So far, we have only found one remedy that seems effective to treat GERD which is a product available in Germany: Luvos Heilerde ("Luvos" being the brand). In English, "Heilerde" means something like "healing soil". Unfortunately though, we have not yet found a comparable product outside of Germany. But if you are based somewhere in Europe, you may be able to order it from Amazon. With that said, there is not really much that you can do to encourage head down while you sleep expect from using the pillow. But the good news is: you really don't have to do this all night long to make it work. The best sleeping position is all about providing the baby with as much space as possible to turn. Therefore, it can be sufficient to do this for like an hour or so when you go to bed and then change your position (most babies wake up anyways right when you go to bed 😂 - which is probably the very time slot when it's most likely that they turn - if they do)... Apart from that, there is really only just exercises that can support the baby turn head down. But of course, it depends on if you are allowed to do exercises... We hope this helps! All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️
Hi there 😊, although it is more difficult to turn a breech baby at that stage, we still manage to do it regularly with the help of this approach: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html Maybe it helps you too? We wish you GOOD LUCK and ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Thank you for making the detailed video. I have one quick question-my first baby was a breech baby (no other complications) and had C-section because of the breech baby. I did not have any contractions too. Now I am 25weeks pregnant with my second baby. I have started doing Pelvic Rocking exercises from this video and also practicing yoga. Is there anything you suggest to do so that I will go into labor and have natural delivery before my due date since inducing is not an option (since it is VBAC). Thanks
Hi there Anusha 😊, if you do these pelvic rocking exercises and yoga, then you are already doing a great job! What we do at the clinic to help women have a natural and spontaneous labor, is this: We start to prepare the perineum from week 35 onwards, with the technique we show in this video (th-cam.com/video/9mohlz-YUoM/w-d-xo.html) Then from week 37, we start preparing the body for labor with acupressure, dates and birth ball exercises. And from week 38 with reflexology. We explain everything in these 2 videos: th-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/w-d-xo.html (birth ball exercises). From week 39, we continue with nipple stimulation. And at the same time, we do exercises (throughout the pregnancy) to prepare the whole body for labor and birth. We show them in this video: th-cam.com/video/2ro-ytHfEnA/w-d-xo.html. This whole process normally helps women go into labor spontaneously. It's not always a success. But if it is not, then there are also other tools which we can add, like acupuncture or Castor oil. But this really depends on the individual case... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby! ❤️

@@anushareddy7456 Yes, absolutely! In fact, these exercises have helped many women whose babies was in an oblique position. And if they don't help, there is also another approach which could help. We explain it in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊

Hello @careaboutlittleone I’m 40 weeks pregnant now and my due date is come but there is no sign of labor yet. Is this normal? I don’t experience symptoms of labor yet is this normal? I feel terrified. Waiting your response . Thank you😊
Hi there 😊, we can absolutely understand that you feel terrified! However, please note that this is nothing unusual. Every week, we see women who are 40+ weeks pregnant with no signs of labor. It's particularly common in second-time moms. But very often, such women then suddenly go into labor. And before they know it, they are holding that sweet little baby in their hands... Some things that have helped other women in your situation are the following ones: 1. Relaxation because it helps keep your stress levels in check (stress hormones can block the release of labor hormones which is why relaxation is so important). Try a massage treatment, try yoga or meditation or whatever you find relaxing! 2. Nipple stimulation: women who had at least some contractions already, are much more likely to have even more contractions with nipple stimulation. In this video, we explain how it works: th-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/w-d-xo.html 3. Exercise (IF your doctor allows it): exercises on a birthing ball or going for a 30min walk per day are great ways to go into labor spontaneously. That's not only what scientists have found. It's also what we see at the clinic all the time... We explain how exercises on a birthing ball work in this video: th-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/w-d-xo.html. 4. Acupuncture and/or reflexology. We help women naturally induce labor at the clinic with acupuncture and reflexology all the time (however, it is only likely to work if you see lots of early signs of labor, like for example, mucus plug discharge, bloody show, first contractions etc.). If you cannot find a professional therapist, you can also do acupressure and/or reflexology yourself. (In this video, we teach how: th-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/w-d-xo.html). Just keep in mind that the effect of a professional treatment will be much stronger... We really hope that this helps you go into labor! You deserve the most natural delivery!! All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️
Hello Reena 😊 , it is not advised to have any cosmetic surgery right after a C-section, let alone together with a C-section. Tummy tucking is normally offered once your body has had the time to heal and when you are back to your original weight (and when you are in a good physical condition). Therefore, doctors don't offer such surgeries together or right after C-sections.... (at least we don't know any 😊). All the best for you and your baby! ❤️
Hi there Ashleigh! 😊 Absolutely! In fact, most women at the clinic continue with these exercises after their baby has moved into the right position, because they can also help engage the baby! All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes perfect. I'll keep doing these as much as I can through out the day until delivery. Hopefully everything goes smoothly like my first 🙏💗
Hello Ashleigh! That's great! 😊 By the way, please keep in mind that you don't have to do these exercises all day long in order for them to work! If nothing prevents your baby from getting into the right position, doing these exercises once per day can already be enough to get him into the right position. And please don't worry! Everything will be fine! You just have to trust that everything goes as smoothly as during your first delivery! You deserve it!! 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes good to know ! I have been doing these excercises the last 2-3 days morning and night for 10-15 mins. @@ashleighflood6262 You are doing a WONDERFUL job Ashleigh!! Please ma am 20weeks pregnant and having a grade 1 placenta calcification..and baby is Frank break position..pls is it something I should worry about😥😥😥
Hi there 😊, please don't be worried at all! 😊 First of all, a breech position at 20 weeks is totally normal. There is still plenty of time for your baby to turn. You can worry about a breech position once you are 36+ weeks pregnant... Second, every placenta undergoes an aging process. As the pregnancy progresses, the placenta matures and "calcifies". This is totally normal. Grade 0 is the most "immature" state. The most mature grade is grade 3. So, grade 1 at 20 weeks is normally nothing to worry about... 😊 We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hey there.. My baby was cephalic at the time of my anomaly scan.. Nd now after a month i.e. at the end of 6th month, he is breech!! Is there any chance for him to be cephalic on his own?? Till what time i should be tension free??
Hi there 😊, please note that it is not uncommon for babies to turn head down. And then all of a sudden, they flip again so that they are in the original position... Please do NOT worry at all! Your son already demonstrated that he IS able to turn. In other words, nothing prevents him from turning (like for example, the cord). And so, in our experience, such babies, even though they may sometimes flip back to the original position, eventually turn their head down... However, if you like (and if your doctor allows you to do exercises), then you can try the exercises that we teach in this video in order to increase the chances of your son to flip once again 😊 We hope this helps you!! All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️

Hi there! 😊 As long as a woman is less than 34 weeks pregnant, we have found that an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby, particularly for an oblique position. We explain how it works in this video (actually, everything that we explain in this video could help): th-cam.com/video/X3sOObqZHrY/w-d-xo.html And then once a woman is 34+ weeks pregnant, we have found that "moxibustion" in combination with breech baby turning exercises is more effective to turn a baby. We explain how this approach works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@jamshiafi5285 Hi there! 😊 Actually, the cat-cow and knee-chest positions are just pre-exercises to prepare the body for the third and most important exercise (plus moxibustion). So, it's all about that last exercise and moxibustion. That said, oftentimes, the exercises alone can help turn the baby. But most of the times, you are going to need moxibustion too.... We hope this helps! 😊
Thanks so much for your lovely feedback!! We really appreciate it and are super happy whenever our channel visitors find our videos helpful!! 😊👍❤️ All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️
Hi .. thanks the great explanation.. and helping so many people around the world. Currently I am in 33 week And 3 days pregnant. My baby is in breech position. Can you tell me how many time should I do birthing ball exercise as shown in video?? currently I am doing only once a day.Can doing twice a day increase preterm labour?? I want my baby to turn as I have shortage of time because after 36 week it might difficult for baby to turn I am also doing all your other breech turning exercise along with moxa your reply will be appreciated ❤️👍
Hi there! 😊 You are most welcome!! We are very happy that you find our video helpful!! 😊 First of all, please note that the exercise that we show in this video cannot induce labor as long as it is not your time to go into labor, no matter how often you repeat them per day. The intention behind the pelvic rocking exercise, if applied before week 34, is solely to support the baby in turning head down. 😊 Now, at the clinic, we have found that doing these exercises once per day is normally enough, so there is really no need to do them more often. If you want to do them more often, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot make any recommendations, because we don't know your pregnancy case. So you would need to get the approval of your doctor. All we can say is that we know many women who have done these exercises twice per day and there were no adverse outcomes of that... However, those were all low-risk pregnancies with no spine-related problems... Regarding our other video: the approach that we teach in that video, which involves breech baby turning exercises and moxibustion, is a highly effective approach from week 34 onwards. Therefore, we really would like to take the time pressure from your shoulders 😊 because you are only just in week 33 so far. In fact, at this stage of your pregnancy where you currently are, there is really no reason to worry!! We know, women get scared when their baby still has not turned when they are in week 33/34. However, many many babies only turn later on. We see this all the time at the clinic. The only question is: is your baby able to turn. Because if something prevents the baby from turning (like for example, if the cord is tangled around your baby), then the baby simply cannot turn, no matter what you do... But again: at this stage, you should not worry about it! 😊 We wish you all the best for you and your baby and we really hope that our information helps you turn your baby!! ❤️❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes thanks alot for the explanation.. your words given me little calmness about baby may turn at last stage too.. Hoping for the best... thanks dear 👍👍👍

@@abhilashakumari7414 Hi there ❤️ We are sorry to hear that your baby has not turned yet. Did they tell you at the hospital if the cord may prevent the baby from turning? At this stage, moxibustion is the only natural tool that we are aware of that has helped turn babies in week 36. So, unfortunately, there is nothing else that we can recommend. However, it could be that the baby is just too big at that stage and/or there is too little amniotic fluid left for the baby to easily turn. It's very difficult to say. Please note that moxibustion has even helped turn babies in week 37. So it's not too late for it to happen... We really hope that your baby is going to turn!! You deserve to have the most natural birth!! ❤️❤️
God bless you guys..!!i hope manny vlogs i watch to you guys!!im a horizontal breech baby..what is horizontal breech mam sir..i hope you explaine to us..!!god bless..
Hi there 😊, thanks SO MUCH for your lovely feedback! It is very much appreciated! 😊 When your baby is in a horizontal position, it means that baby's spine is not in parallel to your own spine. Instead, it is transverse, i.e. the head is on one side of your belly, and the feet are on the other side of your belly). Don't worry, it happens very often! Here is something that might help you turn your baby into the right position: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Thanks for the video. I’m 36w pregnant, if baby is already in cephalic position, can I still do these exercises? Is there still a chance for baby to turn after 36 weeks after being in cephalic position? TIA
Hi there ❤️ in THEORY it COULD happen that a baby flips again once baby has turned head down. However, it's very unlikely to happen, particularly now that you are in week 36. In week 36, the amount of amniotic fluid in relation to the size of your baby makes it more difficult for your baby to turn. That said, the exercises that we explain in this video can be done throughout a pregnancy (given that your doctor allows it). They are particularly valuable during the final weeks before you go into labor, because they help prepare the cervix for labor. In fact, in clinical studies, women who had done these exercises during the final weeks before labor had a much better Bishop score (which is a measure for how ready the cervix is for labor) compared to women who had not done them. We hope this helps 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😘, unfortunately, when it comes to placenta previa, there is nothing you can do... 😔 We are sorry for that... 😔 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, if you are unsure, we would normally go with the bigger size because if it is too big, you can just deflate it a bit so that it fits your size. However, most of the times, when you order a birth ball, like from amazon for instance, you would find a table below that product showing you which ball size is recommended given your size... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hello can I eat peach and litchi during pregnancy as my 5th month gonna start but at my pre pregnancy stage I watched on utube to avoid these two it leads too bleeding but now months passed it was till 3 month I think but still I m confused can I consume peach nd litchi now?
Hello 🙂 To be honest, we are no nutritionists. Therefore, we cannot really give you expert advise on litchis and peaches. What we can say though is that - in general - ALMOST ANY fruit - if eaten in very LARGE quantities - can do more harm than good. For example: they could raise blood sugar levels during pregnancy which can obviously have adverse effects. Moreover, they may be particularly acidic (like pineapples), which could add to a woman's heartburn - a problem that many women face during pregnancy. So, the trick is to eat fruits - no matter which ones - in moderation. And if you do that, we don't think that there will be any adverse effects. But again, we are really no experts in nutritional questions... We still hope this answer helps you a bit! 💕
@@CareAboutLittleOnes thanx for d knowledge my doc told me d same lil amount will no harm but large amount will do but papaya chiku pineapple n banana is restricted as it causes abortion still she said lil amount of banana u can take still i will ask her for peaches n other fruits😊thanx for reply❤️❤️
Hi there 😊, it's a bit difficult to say for us from our end, because we don't know your case. So, we kindly ask you to consult your doctor who knows your case, because whether or not you can do these exercises depends on many factors, over and above the location of your placenta... All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️
Hi there 😊, the best sleeping position for twin pregnancies is not different from the position when pregnant with a single baby: th-cam.com/video/L0Fb_HdBtog/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your little ones!! ❤️
IMPRESSION of my ultrasound...please HELP Me!😥 -Single live intrauterine pregnancy, breech in presentation about 33 weeks and 5 days AOG -Posterofundal placenta, Grade 2. -Normohydramnios -1 loose cord, fetal neck region.
Hi there, 😊 our sincere apologies for the late reply! We have had some severe technical issues on our end over the past 4 days which is why we were unable to answer any comments... It very much depends on the position of your baby in your womb. At this stage, your baby is probably still head up. Therefore, you are going to feel the kicks in your lower abdomen and pelvis. Also, note that your baby does not necessarily have to "reach" your vagina with the legs. It is sufficient to kick against ligaments which can cause a lightening sensation in your vagina. As always, if you are worried that something is not right, please talk with your doctor or midwife about it! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there Angelie! 😊 Congratulations on your pregnancy! 😊 These exercises can be done throughout your pregnancy, unless of course, your doctor does not approve it (for example, in case of a low-lying placenta, an incompetent cervix or when you are having spine-related problems etc.). All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️
I’m 31 weeks pregnant and baby is still breech. She has been since 16 weeks or more.I have an incompetent cervix with a cerclage and scared to try anything. I’m not sure if I commented this before lol (pregnancy brain)
Hi there 😊, yes, you did comment before, but we believe that was on another video! 😂 No worries though, we are happy to help - if we can! If you have an incompetent cervix, unfortunately, you should not do these exercises. We just want to make sure that your cerclage is not affected in any way. Unfortunately, that's one of the downsides of a cerclage that you are normally not allowed to do exercises... 😭 However, please keep in mind that week 31 is still early days and so chances are that your baby is going to turn anyways! So please, do not be worried too much! All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️
@@HeythereHelena hello well she remained breech till the end of pregnancy. They did do a ECV the morning of my scheduled c section. If it worked out I was gonna do natural birth. But the ECV failed after many tries she would flip back to breech position lol. She’ll be 2 next month :)
I am in my 30w of pregnancy and hospitalized with insufficient cervix and a small water break couple of weeks back.I have been prescribed with bed rest only allowed to go to washroom and shower. My baby is breech. How can I do these exercise.
Hi there 😊, in such cases, at the clinic, we would normally try a combination of moxibustion and acupuncture OR moxibustion alone. We explain how moxa works at the end of this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html We are not gonna lie to you though: the effectivity of moxa alone is nowhere near the combined approach exercises and moxa. But it DID work for many women... We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there Jasmine 😊, please note that some babies only turn very late. So please don't be too worried at this point! 😊 That said, we have found that from week 34 onwards, there is a natural approach which can be very effective to turn a breech baby. It's called "moxibustion" in combination with breech baby turning exercises. We explain how this approach works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html Maybe you find this video helpful? All the best for you and your baby! ❤️
Hi there Alekhya 😊, have you already had a look at this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html ? It has helped lots of women turn their babies even as late as week 40... We hope this helps! 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️
I had a c sec due to breech position in 39 week i had done some exercises but no work i want to ask after how many days we can bend forward for how many time in a day plz rply i m very much depressed due to operatn also my baby is not latching fr breastfeeding
Hi there ❤️, we are so sorry to hear that you had a C section! We know how disappointed many women are because they obviously want the most natural birth!! Unfortunately, we are in no position to tell you after how many days you can start bend forward etc. because this really very much depends on your particular case, the kind of incision during the C-section etc. Did your doctor not give you instructions? They should have done that after the C-section!! If not, please call them because they have to let you know such things! Regarding latching: that too is something they should have taught you at the hospital! Did no one show you how to do this correctly? All the best for you!!! ❤️❤️
@@deshmukhaaisha3025 You are most welcome!! We hope that you did receive the help that you are entitled to! And we hope that you are already feeling a bit better! From now on, every day should bring more relief....❤️
Hi there! 😊 When it comes to twin pregnancies, we normally try one of the following three options: 1. A combination of acupuncture and moxibustion. 2. Moxibustion alone while in a side-lying position 3. Moxibustion in combination with breech baby turning exercises. The most effective strategy is moxibustion in combination with breech baby turning exercises (we explain moxibustion in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html). However, you would need the approval of your doctor. It could be that your doctor has concerns when you adopt upside-down positions given your twin pregnancy. Therefore, we often do acupuncture and moxibustion at the clinic. OR if it's not possible for the woman to come to the clinic, we would tell her to just try moxibustion alone. So, for moxibustion only, we would tell the woman to adopt a left-side lying position (like the sleeping position which we explain in this video: th-cam.com/video/L0Fb_HdBtog/w-d-xo.html. And then while in that position, her partner needs to hold a moxa stick to the acupressure point on her toe (alternating between left and right side) for 30 minutes overall. But again, we explain how it works in the video that we mentioned... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your babies! ❤️
Hi there Julie 😊, just to let you know: there is also another video that you may find helpful: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

@@hannamellesse5771 Hi there Hanna 😊, the birth ball exercises that we show in this video can basically be done throughout a pregnancy (unless your doctor does not approve). However, please don't worry too much at this point. So far, you are "only" 29 weeks pregnant. LOTS of time left for baby to turn... 😊 And just so you know: we also have another video on how to turn a baby, in case your baby does not have any plans to turn on their own... th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤
Hi mam my baby is in breech position I went to growth scan in 28 weeks and now I am 29weeks2 daysand I am first time pregnant mom I feel very scary mam can I do vaginal birth na I feel scary on c.section plz mam can I do exercise wch is related to one of ur video plz mam help me and get rid of this breech position
Hi there ❤️, first of all, please note that week 29 is still very early to be worried about your baby's position! We have met SO many women whose baby only turned after week 34. So, please don't be worried at all at this point! Now, as long as you are less than 34 weeks pregnant, we have found that an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby. We explain how it works in this video (actually, everything that we explain in this video can help you): th-cam.com/video/X3sOObqZHrY/w-d-xo.html And then once you are in week 34, we have found that "moxibustion" in combination with breech baby turning exercises is more effective to turn a baby. We explain how this approach works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html Please keep in mind though that unfortunately, WE cannot tell you if you can do these exercises or not. This is something that only your doctor can tell you because only they know your particular pregnancy case! Some women are just not allowed to do any exercises, particularly, if there are pregnancy-related complications. So we kindly ask you to talk to your doctor to get their approval! That said, again, please don't be worried at this point!! There is still plenty of time for your baby to turn! All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️
I am pregnant with twins, Baby A is head down, but baby B is Breech. I am 21 weeks now. Last week baby A turned while having the ultrasound! How can I safely turn baby B? I don't have any complications right now and believe this will continue.
Hi there 😊 , the most important thing is that baby A turns head down. That's because NORMALLY what happens during a delivery is that baby B turns after baby A was born. And because of that, you normally don't need to worry about the position of baby B. That said, we are not gonna lie to you: not every doctor agrees. Some doctors want to see both babies in a cephalic position in order for them to "approve" a normal delivery. So, if you want to support the process of baby B turning, then the birth ball exercises that we show in this video could help. There are is also another approach that could help which we explain on our channel. However, at 21 weeks, it is too early for that. For now, birth ball exercises are probably the most effective tool. Also, please keep in mind that a lot is gonna happen over the next 19 weeks. And most likely, baby B will turn head down all by him/herself... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your sweeties!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, yes, absolutely! Some babies just turn later, some even as late as week 40! 😊 That said, we have found that once a woman is 34+ weeks pregnant, "moxibustion" in combination with breech baby turning exercises is the most effective (natural) approach to turn a baby. We explain how this approach works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi guys, I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant and my placenta position is posterior low lying 3.7cm from IOS with grade 1 maturity. Is there anything to worry? I want to have and prepare myself for vaginal delivery, kindly help me with what all I can do
Hi there 😊, at this point of your pregnancy, it is still difficult to say, if the placenta is gonna be "in your baby's way" eventually. As long as your doctor has not diagnosed placenta previa, then chances are that a placenta which is initially lying low in the uterus will not cause any problems. That's because as you progress in your pregnancy, your uterus grows, which means that (among others) it extends upwards. This also means that it will pull the placenta upwards too and away from the cervix. Therefore, your doctor needs to check towards the end of your pregnancy where your placenta is located. And then you will see if a vagina birth is possible. Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do to facilitate that process. However, please note that we really see LOTS of women having a vaginal birth despite an initial low lying placenta. So, please don't be worried for now! Just trust that everything will be fine! 😊 We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there Laurice 😊, absolutely, yes! In fact, the approach that we show in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html is ideally done sometime between week 34 and week 36. And it has helped many women turn their babies even as late as week 40 (see comment section of that video). We really hope it helps you too!! 😊 We wish you GOOD LUCK and ALL THE BEST for you and your baby! ❤️
Hi there Ana 😊, this could definitely help. However, in general, please don't be worried too much about your baby's position at this stage. You are "only" 25 weeks pregnant. There is PLENTY of time for your baby to turn! By the way: if it has not happened by week 34, then there is also something else that has helped many women turn their baby. We explain how it is in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you GOOD LUCK and ALL THE BEST for you and your baby! ❤️
Hello, i'm about 27 weeks pregnant, with low lying placenta and breech, and I feel baby kicks in my pelvic and vagina too,. I'm very much scared , I wanna ask is there any chance of bleeding?
Hi there 😊, unfortunately, with a low lying placenta, there is always a chance of bleeding. Therefore, please be careful with any exercises that you do and please get the approval of your doctor first, so that you know if you can do these exercises at all... That said, please don't be worried at this point about your baby's position. The reality is that LOTS of babies turn much later than week 27. Week 27 is really WAY to early to be concerned. Moreover, a low lying placenta normally does not necessarily prevent a baby from turning. So, that's not a reason to worry either. There is also another approach which can help turn a baby. And that's moxibustion which we explain in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html This approach DOES involve exercises too. However, if your doctor does not allow you to do them, you could also try moxibustion alone. We sometimes DO manage to turn babies with that approach alone. And finally, there is also a good sleeping position to help turn your baby which we explain in this video: th-cam.com/video/L0Fb_HdBtog/w-d-xo.html Again, please don't worry at this point! There is still PLENTY of time for your baby to turn! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, We have found that, once a woman is 34+ weeks pregnant, "moxibustion" in combination with breech baby turning exercises is the most effective (natural) way to turn a baby. Just keep in mind that there is never a guarantee that it works... We explain how this approach works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html Maybe it will help you too? 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️
I am 28 weeks pregnant but still my baby is in tranverse position. It' s hard for me to do exercises because I have low lying placenta and also placenta previa . I am scared that I might having a Caesarean Section..What should I do?..Thankyou
Hi there! ❤️ Unfortunately, with placenta previa there are really no exercises that we can recommend that could help turn your baby. However: First of all, the good news is that so far, you are only 28 weeks pregnant. So there is PLENTY of time for your baby to turn. And second, one thing that COULD work in such a case is moxibustion alone. We explain how it works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html. So again, you don't wanna do the exercises. Moxibustion (that burning stick) alone COULD do the job. Just do it in a comfortable position in which you provide your baby with as much space to turn as possible (in other words: let your partner do the moxibustion part 😊)! Alternatively, you could also go and see an acupuncturist. We often combine moxibustion with acupuncture at the clinic and it tends to work quite well... So, this could be an option for you too... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you good luck and all the best for you and your baby! ❤️
I'm 36+6 week pregnant... My baby is in extended breech... Doctor suggested to wait for 1 more week. But I'm worried about that can you suggest anything.

Im on my 25th wk and baby is in breech orientation. Is it still possible for him to turn, i went through appendectomy 7yrs ago (acute appendicitis). Thank you.
Hi there Cyrill 😊, please do not worry about your baby's position at this point. Week 25 is really too early for that. At the clinic, we worry about that after week 35 - but not before... Besides, there are so many things that a woman can do to support that process: As long as a woman is less than 34 weeks pregnant, we have found that an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby. 31 week when i went for check my baby was in head down position , now after a week in 32 week, i found out baby is in breech position , i know i do have time for baby to change postion still worried, i have been doing pregenency yoga and exercises , should i continue doing that or should just do exercises to turn breech baby only ? Because it said that doing squates and other yoga will make baby get down more and eventually make it impossible for breech baby to turn by itself . my next appointment is one month later 😢 and i dont want to keep waiting without doing pregenency exercises and yoga
Hi there 😊, it depends on the yoga poses and exercises! You are right: if you do squats, for instance, then it will press your baby into your pelvis. This is not what you wanna do in this situation. On the other hand, the cat cow pose is unlikely to be harmful in such a situation. Personally, we would try to turn baby first! And then continue with other exercises/poses... But that's just a personal opinion.... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes Thank you so much for your advice , followed your exercise and advice and in last checkup I found out that the baby is head down .
Hi there 😊, we are not gonna lie to you: if the level of amniotic fluid is very low, it is very difficult to turn a baby (naturally). Hi I am 27 weeks pregnant and just found out that my baby position is breech. Can I start doing this exercise or using the ball so that my baby will turn down? Pls response
Hi there 😊, first of all, please don't worry! 27 weeks is still early days!! You can worry about your baby's position once you are 35+ weeks pregnant. 😊 That said, if your doctor allows you to do birth ball exercises, then you certainly start now in week 27. There is also something else that you can try: breech baby turning exercises and moxibustion (th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html). They normally work particularly well between week 34 and week 36. But they can certainly work earlier as well... We hope this will help you too! 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😘, interesting... we have never heard that you should not walk if you have a transverse baby...? Particularly not out of fear that it could lead to a rupture of membranes..... Did your OB also have other reasons why they told you not to walk??
Hi there 😊, these birth ball exercises can basically be done throughout the pregnancy IF your doctor allows it... 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there , not with these exercises. If it is still possible to turn your baby in week 38, then the approach that is more likely to work is moxibustion in combination with breech baby turning exercises. We explain how moxibustion works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html We really hope this information helps you!! All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️
Hi i wanted to know that my baby was in cephalic presentation at week 22 but now as I reached 24 weeks my doc told me baby is having breech presentation, I am really worried about this ..Please reply
Hi there 😊, please do not worry about that at all! Week 24 is really too early for that! 😊 The thing is that babies just love to move around in there. So, it is not uncommon for a baby to go cephalic and then breech again. The good news is that you now know that nothing prevents your baby from turning!! You'll see: Soon your baby will be head down again! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there! 🙂 Thanks so much for commenting! We really hope that these exercises will help you turn your baby! And by the way, if the pelvic rocking exercise does not help you, then there is something else that you may find helpful: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html. The approach that we explain in this video includes "moxibustion" which is a quite powerful tool to naturally turn a baby (given of course, that your baby is not obstructed, f.e. by the cord, which would make it impossible to turn)... All the best for you and your baby!! 💕💕
Hi there 😊, at 21 weeks, you really don't need to worry about a breech position! You can worry about that once you are 35+ weeks pregnant! So, lean back, relax! Most likely, your baby will turn all by him/herself! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, have you watched this video already: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html ? We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, when it comes to twin pregnancies, we normally don't do these exercises (simply because most doctors consider twin pregnancies "high risk" pregnancies and thus do not recommend these exercises - but it depends a bit on your doctor). What we normally try instead is moxa (which we show in this video) while the woman is in a left side-lying position, i.e. the one we explain in this video: th-cam.com/video/L0Fb_HdBtog/w-d-xo.html. In that case, moxa can also be done for 20-30 minutes. It can work really well, although it never works within one session only. 😊 We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your babies!! ❤️
Mam i m 13 week pregnant and position of baby is breech. Can my baby turn. I want to know that upto which duration baby can move freely and can change its position
Hi there 😊, please do NOT worry at all! Week 13 is WAY to early to worry about a breech position. Babies tend to turn much later. You can worry about that once you are in week 30 or even later. In fact, we know women whose baby only turned in week 40. 😊 That said, the birth ball exercises that we show in this video might help support the whole process of baby turning head down. Just don't expect it to happen so soon. We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there! 😊 Please don't be worried at all at this point! 6 months is WAY too early to be concerned about your baby's position! 😊 Also, there is no connection between a frank breech position and a premature baby. So you don't need to worry about that either! Give your baby some time! We are sure your baby is going to be in the right position eventually! Besides, there are many things that a woman can do to help a baby turn: As long as a woman is less than 34 weeks pregnant, we have found that an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby. Hello Alisha 😊, we know many women with low levels of amniotic fluid who were able to turn their babies with pelvic rocking. However, we still kindly ask you to ask your doctor if you can do these exercises because it's not only a question of the level of amniotic fluid. It's also a matter of other questions related to your particular pregnancy case (f.e. if you have spine-related problems, you should not do any exercises on a birthing ball). So please, have quick chat with your doctor and ask for their approval! Thank you! We wish you all the best for you and your baby! ❤️
Hi there! 😊 Unfortunately, we are in no position to tell you why your baby has not yet turned. 😬 It could be the cord, it could be the position of the placenta, it could be the amount of amniotic fluid etc. etc. So, this is something you need to ask your doctor! What we CAN tell you is that - in general - there are many babies who only turn AFTER week 32 (and some of them even later). And there are ways to support this process. As long as a woman is less than 34 weeks pregnant, we have found that an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby. We explain how this approach works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html But we want to make one thing very clear: there is absolutely no guarantee that anything that you do (not only the stuff that we teach in our videos - but also other things) will help you turn your baby. Some babies just don't turn. And there is (normally) nothing that you can do about it! We hope this helps! 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😊, please understand that only your doctor can tell you, if you can do certain exercises or not. So, we kindly ask you to get the approval of your doctor! We can only tell you in general that the birth ball exercises that we show in this video can almost always be done UNLESS there are spine-related problems. But again, please do ask your doctor first - thank you! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

What I should do to prevent the pain and miscarraige? Plz tell me the excersize whoes will help me at least till than 9month...
Hi there 😘, please note that just because your babies are breech, does not mean that there is an increased risk of a miscarriage. Right now, you are only 6 months pregnant. A lot can happen until you go into labor. Most likely, your babies are going to move around a lot and eventually find a good position for labor. And therefore, we can also not tell you what to do against the pain... We are sorry that we cannot be a better help here! ☹️ We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your little ones!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, we couldn't agree more with what @fonjadidi says here! 😊 At this stage of your pregnancy, you really don't need to worry about a breech presentation. A lot is gonna happen over the next 20 weeks. You can worry about that after week 35/36.... 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, these exercises can certainly support the process. But we have something that might help you even better: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html. The approach that we explain in that video has helped lots of women turn their babies, even at late stages of their pregnancy... Maybe it will help you too? We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi - i like your videos very much , now i am 32 weeks pregnant my baby is present in breech position ,I want to turn my baby as soon as possible 🥺🥺 mam and I have a thyroid problem is it safe to do all these exercises 🥲 and please share a video to reduce hypothyroidism during pregnancy please 🥺 please reply
Hi there 😘, there is a video that you may find helpful to turn a baby: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html 😊 Please note that these breech baby turning exercises do not always work. Sometimes, there are good reasons why a baby just cannot turn... Also, thyroid problems are normally not a reason not to do these exercises. However, as always, we ask you to get the approval of your doctor first as maybe there are also other pregnancy-related reasons why you should not do them... Regarding hypothyroidism: we are afraid that we are not aware of any natural treatment that could help here. And while we always try to find natural remedies and treatments, hypothyroidism during pregnancy is something that we believe should be treated with medications, because of its potential impact on the baby. So, please follow the advice of your doctor in treating hypothyroidism! We are sorry that we cannot be a better help here! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Please am on my 34 week and my baby is breech , is there still hope that the baby will still turn pls reply me, I don't want c section,. First time pregnant
Hi there 😊, please don't worry at this point! There are many babies who turn only after week 34!! 😊 That said, there are ways to support this process. In our experience, the most effective (natural) approach to turn a breech baby is a combination of breech baby turning exercises and moxibustion. We explain how this approach works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️
I hope they turn for you! But I'm here to tell you in the small chance they dont turn you will be okay! I had a c section due to breech baby and it wasn't what I wanted but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Once you have baby it doesnt matter as much anymore ❤

With that said Georgina, one thing that we really really really wholeheartedly recommend for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is acupuncture!! We had a few cases at the clinic! It worked for ALL of them! So, this is something you may wanna try GIVEN that you can find an experienced acupuncturist...

As you said I did all exercise...but suffered with big mental stress. By the last time of by labour pain he didn't turn for that reason I got c-section.
Is there any emotional reason for baby turning down... bcoz he didn't respond
@@awisewomen9692 Hi there! ❤️
Please note that the role of emotional reasons in regards to baby's position in the womb are not well researched. All we know is that when the mother suffers from mental stress, it can have a big impact on the baby - in many ways. We are just not sure if it could also affect the position.
That said, did you also try moxibustion which we show in this video? th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html
Is 29weeks too late for my baby to turn

I'm on my 32nd week can I do pelvic rocking exercise now or if not may I know which week
Hello there 😊,
the pelvic rocking exercise is something that a woman can do throughout her pregnancy, given that her doctor allows it. For example, some women have pregnancy-related complications like an incompetent cervix, or a low-lying placenta which covers the cervix (placenta praevia), or problems with their spine. In that case, the doctor may not allow them to do the pelvic rocking exercise...
We hope this helps 😊!

One point the lighting in your video is amazing! Do you use natural light or you set up lighting? I love to know your lighting set up 🤍
Hi there 😊,
thanks so much for this feedback! 😊
Personally, we don't like the lighting in this video at all. The truth is: we had a problem with our first camera which we used to record the first couple of videos. What it did was it kept changing the settings during the recording which produced a constant "overexposure" (is that how you call it at all?).
But the advantage here is that the overexposure prevents people from seeing our wrinkles... 😅
In general, what we do is, we use two softbox lightening kids in front of us and one coming from the side (where Mathias sits).

Hi there 😘,
there are no silly questions! We can absolutely understand that you are worried given the fact that you lost your last baby! So please, don't even think about it!
Here is our answer:
Normally, you would not need to worry at all about a breech position.
We wish you a healthy pregnancy and ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes thank you for your kind advice and best wishes!
In my 7 month scan baby was in cephalic position. Where as in 36th week scan got to know baby is in breech position. Is there any chance now for me to turn my baby position ?
Hi there 😊,
yes, absolutely!

I'm new to your channel looking for guidance so I could have normal delivery
Hi there 😊,
just to make sure that we understand what you are trying to tell us:
So, your doctor told you that your baby does not have enough space in your UTERUS to turn??? Is that correct?
If so, does your uterus have a particular shape that deviates from what is "normal"?
Hi there, I'm 29 weeks today and my baby is in breech position (Frank) I'm a bit worried. I have blood clots in my luns and gestational diabetes, what kind 9f exercise do you think is best for me.
Hi there 😊,
first of all, please note that 29 weeks is still early days!
The other thing is: try to make as much space as possible in your womb so that baby is more likely to move into a better position, for example, by sleeping in a good position: th-cam.com/video/L0Fb_HdBtog/w-d-xo.html
We hope this helps! 😊
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
How i wish I get to watch this before now😕 I am 38 weeks +5 days and we just discovered that our son is on a breech position. The doctors said nothing can be done.
Hi there ❤️,
we are very sorry to hear that!
38 weeks + 5 is really very late to try something. The only thing that we can think of is moxibustion in combination with breech baby turning exercises, given that you are allowed to exercise. We explain how it works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html
At this stage, it's very difficult to make this work.

Hi there Stephanie ❤️,
poor you!
Thank you

Thank you for making the detailed video. I have one quick question-my first baby was a breech baby (no other complications) and had C-section because of the breech baby. I did not have any contractions too. Now I am 25weeks pregnant with my second baby. I have started doing Pelvic Rocking exercises from this video and also practicing yoga. Is there anything you suggest to do so that I will go into labor and have natural delivery before my due date since inducing is not an option (since it is VBAC). Thanks
Hi there Anusha 😊,
if you do these pelvic rocking exercises and yoga, then you are already doing a great job!
What we do at the clinic to help women have a natural and spontaneous labor, is this:
We start to prepare the perineum from week 35 onwards, with the technique we show in this video (th-cam.com/video/9mohlz-YUoM/w-d-xo.html)
Then from week 37, we start preparing the body for labor with acupressure, dates and birth ball exercises.
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby! ❤️

Hello @careaboutlittleone I’m 40 weeks pregnant now and my due date is come but there is no sign of labor yet. Is this normal? I don’t experience symptoms of labor yet is this normal? I feel terrified. Waiting your response . Thank you😊
Hi there 😊,
we can absolutely understand that you feel terrified! However, please note that this is nothing unusual. Every week, we see women who are 40+ weeks pregnant with no signs of labor. It's particularly common in second-time moms. But very often, such women then suddenly go into labor. And before they know it, they are holding that sweet little baby in their hands...
Some things that have helped other women in your situation are the following ones:
In this video, we explain how it works: th-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/w-d-xo.html
thank you for youre kind hearted response❤️😊 god bless you together with your family .
If I get c section at same operation table I can get tummy tucking and thighplasty. It is to lose post delivery belly..
Hello Reena 😊 ,
it is not advised to have any cosmetic surgery right after a C-section, let alone together with a C-section. Tummy tucking is normally offered once your body has had the time to heal and when you are back to your original weight (and when you are in a good physical condition). Therefore, doctors don't offer such surgeries together or right after C-sections.... (at least we don't know any 😊).
All the best for you and your baby! ❤️
My baby is slightly oblique, I'm currently 34 weeks. If I get him more vertical is this still good to do to keep him in optimal position?
Hi there Ashleigh! 😊
Absolutely!

@@ashleighflood6262 You are doing a WONDERFUL job Ashleigh!! And yes, you are right by the way: according to scientific studies, if a woman had a smooth first delivery, the chances of another smooth delivery are much higher! 😊

Please ma am 20weeks pregnant and having a grade 1 placenta calcification..and baby is Frank break position..pls is it something I should worry about😥😥😥
Hi there 😊,
please don't be worried at all! 😊
First of all, a breech position at 20 weeks is totally normal.
We hope this helps! 😊

My baby was cephalic at the time of my anomaly scan.. Nd now after a month i.e. at the end of 6th month, he is breech!!
Is there any chance for him to be cephalic on his own?? Till what time i should be tension free??
Hi there 😊,
please note that it is not uncommon for babies to turn head down.
However, if you like (and if your doctor allows you to do exercises), then you can try the exercises that we teach in this video in order to increase the chances of your son to flip once again 😊
We hope this helps you!!

My baby in oblique position....how can I change this .33 week now
Hi there! 😊
As long as a woman is less than 34 weeks pregnant, we have found that an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby, particularly for an oblique position. We explain how it works in this video (actually, everything that we explain in this video could help): th-cam.com/video/X3sOObqZHrY/w-d-xo.html
And then once a woman is 34+ weeks pregnant, we have found that "moxibustion" in combination with breech baby turning exercises is more effective to turn a baby. We explain how this approach works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html
We hope this helps! 😊

By doing only cow cat position and knee chesht position can change the baby position ???
@@jamshiafi5285 Hi there! 😊
Actually, the cat-cow and knee-chest positions are just pre-exercises to prepare the body for the third and most important exercise (plus moxibustion). So, it's all about that last exercise and moxibustion.
That said, oftentimes, the exercises alone can help turn the baby. But most of the times, you are going to need moxibustion too....
We hope this helps! 😊

Hi .. thanks the great explanation.. and helping so many people around the world. Currently I am in 33 week And 3 days pregnant. My baby is in breech position. Can you tell me how many time should I do birthing ball exercise as shown in video?? currently I am doing only once a day.Can doing twice a day increase preterm labour??
I want my baby to turn as I have shortage of time because after 36 week it might difficult for baby to turn
I am also doing all your other breech turning exercise along with moxa your reply will be appreciated ❤️👍
Hi there! 😊
You are most welcome!! We are very happy that you find our video helpful!! 😊
First of all, please note that the exercise that we show in this video cannot induce labor as long as it is not your time to go into labor, no matter how often you repeat them per day. The intention behind the pelvic rocking exercise, if applied before week 34, is solely to support the baby in turning head down. 😊
Now, at the clinic, we have found that doing these exercises once per day is normally enough, so there is really no need to do them more often.
We wish you all the best for you and your baby and we really hope that our information helps you turn your baby!! ❤️❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes thanks alot for the explanation.. your words given me little calmness about baby may turn at last stage too..

@@abhilashakumari7414 Hi there ❤️
We are sorry to hear that your baby has not turned yet.

Hi there 😊,
thanks SO MUCH for your lovely feedback! It is very much appreciated! 😊
When your baby is in a horizontal position, it means that baby's spine is not in parallel to your own spine. Instead, it is transverse, i.e. the head is on one side of your belly, and the feet are on the other side of your belly).
Don't worry, it happens very often!
Here is something that might help you turn your baby into the right position: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html
We hope this helps! 😊
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Thanks for the video. I’m 36w pregnant, if baby is already in cephalic position, can I still do these exercises? Is there still a chance for baby to turn after 36 weeks after being in cephalic position? TIA
Hi there ❤️
in THEORY it COULD happen that a baby flips again once baby has turned head down.
We hope this helps 😊

Hi there 😊,
if you are unsure, we would normally go with the bigger size because if it is too big, you can just deflate it a bit so that it fits your size.
However, most of the times, when you order a birth ball, like from amazon for instance, you would find a table below that product showing you which ball size is recommended given your size...

Hello can I eat peach and litchi during pregnancy as my 5th month gonna start but at my pre pregnancy stage I watched on utube to avoid these two it leads too bleeding but now months passed it was till 3 month I think but still I m confused can I consume peach nd litchi now?
Hello 🙂
To be honest, we are no nutritionists.

Hi there, 😊
our sincere apologies for the late reply!

If you have an incompetent cervix, unfortunately, you should not do these exercises. We just want to make sure that your cerclage is not affected in any way. Unfortunately, that's one of the downsides of a cerclage that you are normally not allowed to do exercises... 😭
However, please keep in mind that week 31 is still early days and so chances are that your baby is going to turn anyways! So please, do not be worried too much!

Hello! I’m pregnant with twins , one breech and second baby is Transverse. I’m almost 34 weeks. What can I do?
Hi there! 😊
When it comes to twin pregnancies, we normally try one of the following three options:
1. A combination of acupuncture and moxibustion.
2. Moxibustion alone while in a side-lying position

first of all, please note that week 29 is still very early to be worried about your baby's position! We have met SO many women whose baby only turned after week 34. So, please don't be worried at all at this point!
Now, as long as you are less than 34 weeks pregnant, we have found that an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby. This is something that only your doctor can tell you because only they know your particular pregnancy case! Some women are just not allowed to do any exercises, particularly, if there are pregnancy-related complications. So we kindly ask you to talk to your doctor to get their approval!

I am pregnant with twins, Baby A is head down, but baby B is Breech. I am 21 weeks now. Last week baby A turned while having the ultrasound! How can I safely turn baby B? I don't have any complications right now and believe this will continue.
Hi there 😊 ,
the most important thing is that baby A turns head down.

Hi guys, I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant and my placenta position is posterior low lying 3.7cm from IOS with grade 1 maturity. Is there anything to worry? I want to have and prepare myself for vaginal delivery, kindly help me with what all I can do
Hi there 😊,
at this point of your pregnancy, it is still difficult to say, if the placenta is gonna be "in your baby's way" eventually.
We hope this helps! 😊

Hello, i'm about 27 weeks pregnant, with low lying placenta and breech, and I feel baby kicks in my pelvic and vagina too,. I'm very much scared , I wanna ask is there any chance of bleeding?
Hi there 😊,
unfortunately, with a low lying placenta, there is always a chance of bleeding.
And that's moxibustion which we explain in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html
This approach DOES involve exercises too. However, if your doctor does not allow you to do them, you could also try moxibustion alone. We sometimes DO manage to turn babies with that approach alone.
And finally, there is also a good sleeping position to help turn your baby which we explain in this video: th-cam.com/video/L0Fb_HdBtog/w-d-xo.html

I am 28 weeks pregnant but still my baby is in tranverse position. It' s hard for me to do exercises because I have low lying placenta and also placenta previa . I am scared that I might having a Caesarean Section..What should I do?..Thankyou
Hi there! ❤️
Unfortunately, with placenta previa there are really no exercises that we can recommend that could help turn your baby.
We wish you good luck and all the best for you and your baby! ❤️

All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊,
it depends on the yoga poses and exercises!
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

My sister is carrying 36 weeks now, she is facing breech and amniotic fluid is also low...soo please suggest me how can baby be normal by doing what??
Hi there 😊,
we are not gonna lie to you: if the level of amniotic fluid is very low, it is very difficult to turn a baby (naturally).
The only approach that we know that can (naturally) turn a breech baby at that stage is this: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html
Maybe it helps your sister too?
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you, your sister and her baby!! ❤️
My last utz was when i was 30 weeks preg. & found out my baby is breech, now im already 35 weeks. Hoping my baby will turn his head down.. dont really want to have c-section😢
Hi there 😊,
fingers crossed! 😊
And just so you know: we have managed to turn many breech and transverse babies with these exercises between week 34 and 36: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html

I m 21 weeks pregnant, presentation is breech is oke ? Fundo anterior not low lying
Hi there 😊,
please do NOT worry about a breech position at this point of your pregnancy. 😊 You can worry about that after week 35! There is plenty of time for your baby to turn!
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
which baby born
Well the ball i have is too small, but ty
😊
Hi I am 27 weeks pregnant and just found out that my baby position is breech. Can I start doing this exercise or using the ball so that my baby will turn down? Pls response
Hi there 😊,
first of all, please don't worry! 27 weeks is still early days!! You can worry about your baby's position once you are 35+ weeks pregnant. 😊
That said, if your doctor allows you to do birth ball exercises, then you certainly start now in week 27.
There is also something else that you can try: breech baby turning exercises and moxibustion (th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html). They normally work particularly well between week 34 and week 36. But they can certainly work earlier as well...
We hope this will help you too! 😊

Mam my uterus shape is by corners placenta and my baby in breech position...so mam I want to ask you can I do your excersize
Hi there 😘,
I am afraid, we have not understood what you mean exactly: did you mean a bicornuate uterus?
Its my 7th month, transverse baby position any precautions, my gyny suggested that dont walk ,Because the water leakage may happen?
Hi there 😘,
interesting... we have never heard that you should not walk if you have a transverse baby...? Particularly not out of fear that it could lead to a rupture of membranes.....
Did your OB also have other reasons why they told you not to walk??
No, everything is fine and good.
all the fluids are under and above my baby , he is in the middle,so i should need take care of it
@@minimotoo Okay, great!!
I’m 28 weeks can I still do this
Hi there 😊,
these birth ball exercises can basically be done throughout the pregnancy IF your doctor allows it... 😊
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I'm 38 weeks now..my baby is still breech...is there a chance a baby would turn by doing these exercises
Hi there ,
not with these exercises. If it is still possible to turn your baby in week 38, then the approach that is more likely to work is moxibustion in combination with breech baby turning exercises. We explain how moxibustion works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html
We really hope this information helps you!!

Hi i wanted to know that my baby was in cephalic presentation at week 22 but now as I reached 24 weeks my doc told me baby is having breech presentation, I am really worried about this ..Please reply
Hi there 😊,
please do not worry about that at all! Week 24 is really too early for that! 😊
The thing is that babies just love to move around in there. So, it is not uncommon for a baby to go cephalic and then breech again. The good news is that you now know that nothing prevents your baby from turning!!
You'll see: Soon your baby will be head down again!
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

I will do the exercises.
Thanks a lot❤
Hi there! 🙂
Thanks so much for commenting!
I want a natural delivery but still my baby’s head is not down position
Am 32 weeks will my baby turn after this
We posted our answer below your other comment 😊
I pray this video will help me am 21 week but my baby is in breech position am very scared
Hi there 😊,
at 21 weeks, you really don't need to worry about a breech position! You can worry about that once you are 35+ weeks pregnant!
So, lean back, relax! Most likely, your baby will turn all by him/herself!
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi I'm pregnant with twins can I do some exercise to turn there breech position 😢
Hi there 😊,
when it comes to twin pregnancies, we normally don't do these exercises (simply because most doctors consider twin pregnancies "high risk" pregnancies and thus do not recommend these exercises - but it depends a bit on your doctor).
We hope this helps! 😊
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your babies!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes thanku soo much for replying..I will definitely try what you have recommended.
Mam i m 13 week pregnant and position of baby is breech. Can my baby turn. I want to know that upto which duration baby can move freely and can change its position
Hi there 😊,
please do NOT worry at all! Week 13 is WAY to early to worry about a breech position. Babies tend to turn much later. You can worry about that once you are in week 30 or even later. In fact, we know women whose baby only turned in week 40. 😊
That said, the birth ball exercises that we show in this video might help support the whole process of baby turning head down. Just don't expect it to happen so soon.
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Im in 6 months pregnant now my baby is frank breech...there is to worry?its is true that frank breech is premature baby?
Hi there! 😊
Please don't be worried at all at this point! 6 months is WAY too early to be concerned about your baby's position! 😊 Also, there is no connection between a frank breech position and a premature baby. So you don't need to worry about that either!
Give your baby some time! We are sure your baby is going to be in the right position eventually! Besides, there are many things that a woman can do to help a baby turn:
As long as a woman is less than 34 weeks pregnant, we have found that an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby. Can I start this exercise at 25 weeks pregnancy as I have low amniotic fluid?
My baby is flexed breeched, and can not move around due to low amniotic fluid.
Hello Alisha 😊,
we know many women with low levels of amniotic fluid who were able to turn their babies with pelvic rocking.
Hi … please let me know why still my baby is not turning am in my 32 weeks
Hi there! 😊
Unfortunately, we are in no position to tell you why your baby has not yet turned.
We explain how it works in this video (actually, everything that we explain in this video could help): th-cam.com/video/X3sOObqZHrY/w-d-xo.html

But we want to make one thing very clear: there is absolutely no guarantee that anything that you do (not only the stuff that we teach in our videos - but also other things) will help you turn your baby. Some babies just don't turn. And there is (normally) nothing that you can do about it!
We hope this helps! 😊

Im 25 weeks pregnant and baby is breech in ultrasound....will he chnges position?
Hi there 😊,
week 25 is WAY too early to be worried about a breech presentation.
You can worry about that once you are 34/35+ weeks pregnant! A lot is going to happen until then.... 😊
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi madam. I am now in the beginning of 6th month...21 week anomaly scan shows baby in breech position. and the placenta is in right anterior position.. can i do this exercise now…
Hi there 😊,
please understand that only your doctor can tell you, if you can do certain exercises or not.
I have twin pragnancy... One is breach, another is on transverse... And it causes puss my pelbic floor.. And I felt very heavy thing on my vagina... Amd now 6 month running... What I should do to prevent the pain and miscarraige? Plz tell me the excersize whoes will help me at least till than 9month...
Hi there 😘,
please note that just because your babies are breech, does not mean that there is an increased risk of a miscarriage. Right now, you are only 6 months pregnant. A lot can happen until you go into labor. Most likely, your babies are going to move around a lot and eventually find a good position for labor.
Regarding the pain: please understand that this is only something your doctor can tell you. We cannot tell you where the pain is coming from. And therefore, we can also not tell you what to do against the pain...
We are sorry that we cannot be a better help here! ☹️
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your little ones!! ❤️

What will I do pls it's really giving me concern.
Don't worry about it till much much later! They move around a lot at that stage still. My baby at 24 weeks is laying sideways still LOL
Hi there 😊,
we couldn't agree more with what @fonjadidi says here! 😊
At this stage of your pregnancy, you really don't need to worry about a breech presentation.
A lot is gonna happen over the next 20 weeks.
You can worry about that after week 35/36.... 😊

Hi there 😘,
there is a video that you may find helpful to turn a baby: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html 😊
Please note that these breech baby turning exercises do not always work.
Hi there 😊,
please don't worry at this point! There are many babies who turn only after week 34!! 😊
That said, there are ways to support this process. In our experience, the most effective (natural) approach to turn a breech baby is a combination of breech baby turning exercises and moxibustion. We explain how this approach works in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html
We hope this helps! 😊

I hope they turn for you! But I'm here to tell you in the small chance they dont turn you will be okay! I had a c section due to breech baby and it wasn't what I wanted but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Once you have baby it doesnt matter as much anymore ❤
