Half a million and the builder has the nerve to put in pressed wood cabinets. I don't think so. And the property taxes on 2600 sq ft on an acre at 7000 is ridiculous.
My current home in central MN is about 1100ft² on a 1/6th acre lot in a small, rural town at $1800 for property tax. $7000 doesn't seem that out of line. My dad's house is maybe 2200ft² on 2 acres in southern NH..... $8000. 🤷♂️

Do you know any sellers or builders that would entertain creative financing (Crypto Currency) I can potentail buy outright if they are willing to accept CRYPTO!

Good question. Right now the market has been on fire with the politics and freedom he has given the state. But of course he passed a few laws that are questionable. All in all, Florida and Texas are the 2 states still growing at an tremendous rate.
Governor DeSantis is the best!!! People is not moving out, people is moving in nonstop….of course if you are a liberal you may not like our wonderful Governor, move to CA, or NY we don’t need your craziness here🤷🏽♀️

Depends on the size but probably run you anywhere from 70-90k for it all
