Gourmet kitchens don’t have electric cooktops, at least not where I’m from. I personally would not ever buy a house that didn’t have natural gas for the kitchen,heating and water heater. Other than that it’s a nice home. Price is out of my budget!

You can’t go wrong with either state, Texas pays a little more and Florida saves a little more in taxes so either one is a win win

I am sorry but this house is nothing special for the price. #1 Typical Floridian doors with a modern farmhouse…yuck…#2 3 bedrooms with a single bathroom sink 👎 #3 The kitchen is drab and looks standard that you see in cookie cutter homes except the hardware and countertops… luxury kitchens have wall ovens…tiled walls…etc etc..#4 The fireplace is very drab looks lost in that size room…no molding..no shelving…the master bathroom is the best room in this house and the lot..oh yes cheap wire shelving in master closet not for $490,000. I wish you luck in selling it. Ocala is a beautiful area.

yeah no good luck trying to get insurance and mortgage of $2200 in Florida is insane!!! Just fyi average income in Florida for 1 person is under 60k it gets worse if this home is outside of Orlando. Volusia County average pay rate is $15 an hr
