Wow! 1-acre of land with the house is awesome. I love that there is no carpet. Since there is no HOA/CDD, does that mean the homeowner can add and ADU or tiny home on the property? Are there any zoning restrictions as far as those options? New subscriber here by the way. Love your content so far 🙂.

look at the crime rate report before you think about moving here to Ocala I live over by Silver Springs Park in Ocala Heights and I'm leaving this week to go back up to Alabama where it's a little bit safer than what it is here nothing but heroin addicts and meth addicts and homeless people and dead bodies in bushes from overdoses and dead bodies in the bathroom of the Circle K gas station on Highway 40 due to overdose two people in my neighborhood got shot last week I can keep going on and on and on Birmingham and Hoover Alabama were safer than this place is and that's saying a lot

650.000 total value . 1% per year of taxes is High, very high. Remember You cannot get 1% interest from a bank with the same value invested. Florida is crazy expensive. Then you have to pay for insurance and the weather in Florida increase the total cost of living every year, and can double or triple when catastrophic events runs, just like now! I hope Trump give US another try, because right now, the States are running bad and Florida is even worse, since the majority is made and run from and to foreigners with international income, so the can afford whatever they want, even when playing low and simple. Miami area is proihibit, the same condo offered in 2018 at less then 300k is now reselling at 1.5M, plus HOA, CDD, insurance , and so on. All that said, nice place to be safe out of big cities, have a lot of pet´s and do the casual living people now do with money flowing safely wired. Tip: whetener called high end or gourmet must be over gas. No eletric range. Bosch is not high end, Miele is, also Thermador, Viking, Subzero and Gaggenau. Nice presentation, hopefully Maduro is over now, and Venezuela is free. Best regards

WOW! I walked through this house while it was for sale in Jun of 2022, before this renovation. I had one of those old toilets with the wood box way up high and the string to flush, it had an ancient pink bathtub and a blue vanity. I t was an absolutely beautiful well- kept Victorian home that looked frozen in time. It looked like something out of a movie. At first my mom sat in the car and refused to go inside because she was worried, she would not want to leave the house. After seeing the house, I made her go in and see. It's also located in beautiful Windermere.
