Nice presentation overall but just to let you know that is not a water filter near the well. It is a pressure tank. Also I don't have the specific zoning for the property because I didn't check the exact parcel but be careful about mentioning zoning issues. Parcels about that size doesn't always mean they are zoned to build two residential units.

That garage door appears to be 8' tall, most are 7'. I also like the extra walk out door next to it. The lack of a walkin pantry is no big deal, you could put shelving in that oversized laundry room

My son loves riding horses and the equestrian area would be great for him and what's the nearest beach ? Since it's a new construction can you offer lower of asking price? What would be the monthly payment look like? Any incentives on this home? Is it easier to negotiate price on a pre construction home compared to negotiating on a lot ? How can you buy out of state if most banks require you to have a job lined up before you can purchase is that still true?

Nice homes, but what about the home insurance crisis which is going on currently...And all the ridiculous laws DeSantis is trying to pass, makes a big factor on my decision to purchase a home there in Florida (Ocala). I was considering purchasing a home with horse facilities on the property ( horse property ) there in Ocala. I'm into the Equestrian lifestyle and would be involved with the National Equestrian Center.
Florida tends to be a bit warm most of the year, so why the dark charcoal colored roof on the house which makes it hotter in the house? The laundry should have been placed in the garage. I don't care for the open bathtub. It's better to have bath and shower together. If the interior space had been designed a bit differently, there could have been space for a family room as well. The kitchen is too open with the living room. Our home costs less than 2K yearly in property taxes. Our home exceeds 600K in market value. Property taxes are not one of Florida's high selling points.

That is the water tank not the filter. The filters are those round things hanging down from the water lines1 before the tank and 1 after the tank.
