@@AdamDudee hi there I have copy all your walkthrough tips, and basically I use the wheel and when I turn it there is some force feedback still there which prevents me from turning it smoothly and it doesn’t stay in a lock position as if I was to make a half turn I would have to keep pressure on the wheel to stay in that half turn? @@AdamDudee My problem is that the deadzone for the pedals is locked (yellow line across the entire acreen so that the gas is stuck to the floor or the brake is. I tried disabling combined axis pedals and still have the same problem von my G29 wheel. Needless to say I took both ETS2 and ATS off completely. Sure SCS can spend money to update the game engine itself graphically in the 1.49 update b ut they STILL can't take t he time to resolve the pedal issue with regard to using a wheel or joystick? I tried using my logitech flight stick as an alternative and still got the problem with the gas and brake axis being fully yellow so it looks like the only way to play is with the keyboard only.
Trying out the wheel for the first time in ets and being greeted with constant reversing if I’m not accelerating and brake having no input value. Then having no idea how to fix it, which is where this video comes in, thank you :)

thank you for this since the G923 is just a copy paste of the g29, alot of games don't support that wheel because those companies think the same that its a copy pasted wheel and think the same old presets work, well for alot of games they just dont work for me, and thanks to you man i can play this game finally
Quick question: in an 18 speed Eaton Fuller, 18 gears is technically 4 gears with ranges 1-4 and 5-8, and then each gear is able to be split so 16x total gears, with L having a low and high split making 18. How would one pair this shifter with the 18 speed? Would you be able to set a toggle on the wheel for both the range and splits? Rather than just having 1-6, 7-12, 13-18 with a single toggle? Most truckers will skip gears and split gears too.
Very good tutorial and as I don't have any gear shifter today I now feel that I need one 😁 Driving automatic is ok and some trucks in Europe today is fully automatic but I also play a lot of old trucks in ETS2 and also ATS and I want to have manual shifter for those.
Can you please help me, The steering wheel, accelerator and brake work great, but the clutch does not act like a pedal but like a button, when I squeeze up to 50%, in ets2 it immediately shows me that it is squeezed to the end and I can't control it, when I go to "USB game controllers" I can calibrate throttle , brake and steering wheel, but it doesn't show me the clutch, so poblem is that I cant calibrate the clutch because it doesn't show me

Everything you need to get started is right here, Euro Truck Sim 2 and A logitech wheel is a perfect starting point, Obviously Euro Truck is on PC only so he’ll need a decent spec PC to run the game 💪🏻
I tried hooking my g923 up to my laptop for ats and it wont work i cant get the wheel or pedals to sync up and i know the wheel works its brand new i just don't know what im doing i guess lol but your video is very helpful
Very good explanation, however when I use my mouse to click onto my wheel (Logitech G923) my pointer of my mouse vanishes and is inoperable, I have tried to use it but the pointer never stays put long enough to be of any use! HELP 😢

I have a problem! My acceleration pedal is adding power the whole time even if I don't touch it. I tried to fix it by select normal, inverted,centered, inverted centered! How to fix that?

Hi Mate, Wonder if you can help me, I’ve just got my G923 Wheel today with ETS2.. Set up this morning absolutely fine, Everything working as it should.. Albeit my shite driving or should say reversing! .. Come to play tonight, Settings are way different? Did set up as Simple auto for now as i dont have shifter. Left paddle to enter reverse, Right paddle to enter drive. Cool all was fine.. Now i get my next job soon as game loads it’s driving full throttle into a wall.. Truck damage.. Revving against a wall no pedals pressed, No button pressed.. Confused!! Tried resetting wheel up like the video, Now i try to enter reverse exactly the same press left paddle enters reverse soon as i let go it comes out of reverse. Same with Throttle. It’s not staying in gear until i change. Any ideas how i can fix this? I’ve come off the game in a sulk and was looking forward to a Saturday night trucking session.. :( I don’t think i changed any settings but maybe i have without realising. Hope you can help. Cheers

ETS doesn´t even let me config it. If I want to setup the controller axes, the game doesn´t recognize the wheel. I can turn it or push buttons but the game doesn´t sees any input
My g29 which i just got today, in ets i cannot do a full steer left or right cuz it just skips to the 450 on the right or left from like 120 somebody help Please
so after i set up my wheel and pedals with the quick set up as soon as a let off the gas my brakes activate without me hitting the pedal... so i went into the settings and mapped the brakes to my break paddle.... then it makes my gas go 100% .... ive been going through the settings for hours lol please help

i got the problem, i can set the Gears from 1 to 6 in the Menu. But ingame only 1 to 5 works. and 6 is Blank. it stays in N. driving New Volvo FH, not the Classic with a 12+2 Gearbox.
@@AdamDudee yea ever thing is correct, i use the setting wizard, the i Set All 6 gears and reverse He shows me that i am in 6. Gear in menu, but ingame 6. Gear is N *Edit and yes btw Logitech H Shifter

You should have just bought g920/g29 if your in budget. If you were in the price range of around $400 usd for that wheel. Why not just get the belt driven t300rsgt for a better experience
@@JT.4305 You need to make sure that your pedals are connected correctly to the wheel and make sure they are showing up on eith Logitech Ghub or what ever software you use :)
i have a small problem my new G923 acts like a mouse... and everytime i start up ets2 and want to do the controlls my mouse starts to go down and have to use the pedals to make it move again and does not want me to do the settings?

Hello friend! When in Wizard setup everything it's ok as you said. I make the same and ok. But when in the truck the gears change completely and I can't find a way to drive with the setup I made. When I put the first gear shows C1 instead of 3rd it's N instead os 2nd it's R etc. I've tried 1000 configuration but no result. What I do wrong???
@@calumhowieson9511 Do you have force feedback settings correct in Logitech Ghub? Try un checking the centring spring setting and tick on apply settings from game :)

Best tutorial on this on TH-cam. Couldn't find anyone just using the logitech G920 and not some completely custom setup. Thanks for explaining it all

Hopefully this will make my wheel linear and fix so the ingame wheel and my physical wheel turns equally and the ingame wheel doesnt have a delay

You’ve set your wheel to the mouse 😅 I had this problem, Go through your settings you’ll see it just keep hold of the pedal

Where is the gears saying N? Also go through your mappings again and make sure they are correct, Are you using a logitech H shifter?

Good question I’m not too sure, It’s been a while since playing, You may be able to select sequential and use the H shifter without clutch

There’s a setting to turn off the mouse as cursor restart the controller wizard and deselect use mouse as cursor
