Sir you are a hero! I have been having issues with my logitech wheel ever since i bought it last month. Registry editing did the magic. Thanks you so much ❤
@@susansanders4971 No i never had this issue. I had an issue where Force feedback was not working as intended in games and the throttle were recognized as an axis instead of a pedal in control scheme mapping. For your issues i suggest you check the power supply or try installing an older version of Ghub.
I know everytime i have a problem which I can't solve, 99,9999% of the times videos or forums don't solve the problem. I have a G29, which is perfectly working with my ps4 (right now) and WAS perfectly working with my pc (windows 8.1)... until today. Suddenly my pc stopped recognize it. -Cabled? Sure -Switched on "PC MODE"? Sure -Working on ps4? Sure -When I connect to pc, I hear the "usb connect" sound, but nothing happens, no auto calibration, nothing. I also installed Logitech G hub (which wasn't necessary) and ofc nothing happened. Now what? Thank you very much to who will help.
Thank you! Red flag for me - the wheel stopped working even though LED is flashing and buttons work/device is recognized. It doesn't spin and doesn't "calibrate" when plugged in any outlet. Games or Logitech app don't recognize spin at all. Sounds like power adapter died or cords or something power related in the wheel itself. Sent it back for a replacement.
@@clemcarpe51 Yeah I just got another wheel from Amazon, a replacement. Which definitely feels and looks newer and works properly. So that one was just defective and I sent it back.

Hopefully this question gets answered so, I have a g920 and i use it on my xbox series s it works on the xbox but, when i go into any game for some reason it doesnt read as a controller. Ive tried to play f1 21, forza, gta all as soon as i disconnect my actual controller and try to use the wheel it wont read as a controller and i cant use it in game only on the xbox system

I went through steps 1-4, deleted the steering wheel in the registry, and plugged it back in only to find the same issue. I have been having issues with my logitech wheel ever since i bought it last month. Registry editing did the magic. Thanks you so much ❤
I just bought and set up the new Pro wheel and it is not recognized in G Hub. Is this the issue that you were having as well?
@@susansanders4971 No i never had this issue. I had an issue where Force feedback was not working as intended in games and the throttle were recognized as an axis instead of a pedal in control scheme mapping. For your issues i suggest you check the power supply or try installing an older version of Ghub.
i have the same issue

Thankyou so much Logitech with the registery editor my wheel finally works!
Thnx. This helped. I had no vibration feedback on the wheel so I thought it was broken but the registry tip helped and fixed the problem.
-Cabled? Sure
-Switched on "PC MODE"? Sure
-Working on ps4? Sure
-When I connect to pc, I hear the "usb connect" sound, but nothing happens, no auto calibration, nothing.
Bonjour avez vous eu un retour ?
@@clemcarpe51 Yeah I just got another wheel from Amazon, a replacement. Which definitely feels and looks newer and works properly. So that one was just defective and I sent it back.
YES THANK YOU FINAL STEP WORKED FOR ME ! !

Thank you a lot! My g923 come back alive by follow step4!
Did you do this on xbox or pc?
Thank you, your tutorial is very good, my mistake is that i have it connected to a power extension an it was off for my g29 wheel, so it was powered through only usb, I´ll check it later if something happens
What happens when you delete that file, unplug replug, and IT DOESN'T COME BACK?
This happened to me. Ever find a fix?
Hopefully this question gets answered so, I have a g920 and i use it on my xbox series s it works on the xbox but, when i go into any game for some reason it doesnt read as a controller. Ive tried to play f1 21, forza, gta all as soon as i disconnect my actual controller and try to use the wheel it wont read as a controller and i cant use it in game only on the xbox system
I have the same problem with my g923 on the series s🙄 do you fund something helpfull to fix it?
5/5 ,you saved my life.
Deleted the G29 in regedit - didn't came up after plug-unplug XD
It worked earlier, but now wheel don't calibrate itself, G hub sees it, turning wheel doesn't affect the g hub, only if pressing pedals, it's just flashing on top and do not react :(
Hi there!
Typically when the LEDs are flashing it usually is pointed to a power issue. Could you make sure all of your cables are properly seated?
If that doesn't help you out please file a ticket with us for more in depth support below:

Didn't work for me. Doesn't show up anything on the test page, even if I deleted the regedit files. So what I needed to do was unplug everything from my outlet (except the one below, for context I had an 2*3 adapter for a 2 plug outlet) and it worked just fine after. So if that doesn’t work then try a new outlet, your outlet may also have some issues so another good reason.

Please help I followed the last step but the driver did not refresh itself and hasn't came back!!! I uninstalled the correct driver and i've done this two times before! The steering wheel stopped working when a new Logitech G-Hub update installed. PLS HELP
The very last step instructs to verify that your controller shows up when you refresh the registry but doesn't tell us what to do if it doesn't show up. Why ask us to verify that it shows up if you offer no further instruction on what to do if it doesn't show up? What do I do if my controller does not show up after refreshing registry editor?

Hello, I did the registry editor method and and the file didnt redownload, do you have a fix for this?
I had the same issue, this is what I did to fix it: After deleting the registry, unplug your wheel's USB cable from the computer, made sure I had the switch on the top of the wheel set to PS4 (I had it on PS3), then plug the wheel's USB cable back into the computer. Problem solved for me. Hope this helps.
it was working just fine yesterday and now it just doesnt work, it works fine with the power and steering but it just doesnt connect with my game which did connect even a hour ago?

Hey, when removing the registry and replugging the wheel. It doesn't create a new registry for me?
hey i've ran into the same issue just now, did you manage to fix it?
i deleted the wheel and when i pluged it in again and refreshed it wouldn t appear
I went through steps 1-4, deleted the steering wheel in the registry, and plugged it back in only to find the same issue. When I have my wheel plugged in, the y, rsb, and lsb button, as well as the dpad, shifter paddles and gear shifter aren't registered in the joy.c thing. The wheel axis and pedals are seen, as well as the as the a, b, and x buttons. Any idea how to fix this? I made sure all my power cables were connected well too. Also, when I open the windows start tab with the wheel plugged in, it scrolls up uncontrollably if that helps diagnose the issue.
