do you have any suggestions for absolute beginners? i love hitting the bag but I'm really not sure what I'm doing
@@Slugg0n hello my suggestion. I watch videos of beginning how to learn to box. And at the end of my workout I do 5/10 boxing. Just like anything else keep on practicing.
I was down 50 pounds over the summer but was hospitalized and gained some of the weight back, these hard workouts have always been a mainstay in my journey. Thank you for providing these videos where I know I will get my ass kicked and be better for it. Thank you!
Just finished this workout and I’m drenched in sweat! Burned 455 total calories (377 active). I’m 42 years old and hate cardio but I love boxing. Been doing your workouts since the 2020 and I’m down to 19% body fat and faster than ever! Thanks Nate!
