    Very healthy, no medication, 80 year old. Walk a big dog 3 times a day, in the South African sunshine and walk barefoot most of my time. Eat only fresh, self cooked, real food. Sleep well. I have been alone for 20 years, no family, no close friends, happily go without speaking to another human for days. I am creative and would rather spend my time learning something or making something, than interact with someone else. Some people love to be alone, I have been one, since childhood.

      same! I believe ppl with a high social IQ can keep themselves so occupied that it doesn't occur that we are often doing things alone. however, when you are out walking your dog I'm sure you see ppl and when you are reading or learning or watching (as you just did) something new, you are taking in the information that another person has created. so, that creates connection in a way that still satisfies your social desires.

      Why do we call it disease? It is actually disease dis-4:36 ease. We are out of ease. Our Heavenly Father Yahvah didn't make an imperfect world. He made a perfect world. All the troubles etc are as a direct result of Satan and his minions influencing man and woman. Then man or woman does what Satan gets them to do. Satan can do nothing on his own. So the big issue is man's fallen state. "If My people who are called by My name humble themselves and turn from their wicked ways I will heal their land." I'm talking a complete healing not a partial healing. The ball is in man's court!!!

      You can do testing under any company. I did myheritage because of their good track record on privacy
      The way you check is:
      1. Download the raw DNA (TSV for 23andme, CSV for myheritage, both can be opened in excel)
      2. Search for rs1801133.
      That row, if you see C or G, you got the good normal gene.
      A or T is the bad one.
      I have AG, so 50% good gene.
      3. Search for rs1801131.
      For this one, A or T is the good one and C or G is the bad one.

    Thank you! You have so many excellent guests! This was riveting! I've been passionate about health for most of my life, but in particular since I was diagnosed with cancer 12 years ago. I chose not to do chemo/radiation and after a subsequent recurrence and surgery, I've been cancer free for 9 years using only natural healing protocols. Sadly, my younger, healthier sister, who was coerced into doing chemo/radiation by her employer or she would be denied disability income, wasn't so fortunate.

    DIARY of a CEO has become one of my favorite interviews to watch. This latest one I've watched was especially inspirational. I am 76 years old and have been seriously studying diet, health and the biology of the body for over 50 years. My knowledge has grown exponentially in the last decade with the informational revolution about biology and the body; and we are all lucky because that knowledge is being disseminated on internet by people like Gary and Stephen. This interview was very inspirational.
    I am now retired but have a very busy life expanding my knowledge and communicating the truths of life to all who are open and searching for the truth.
    Thank you for your work.

      I am 76 and forsook in final terms traditional medicine (a pill or a knife) last November 2023. Carnivore is helping tremendously but i have a lot of healing to do. This man lays out a very good way to form a path to health. I have studied herbs and various natural firms if healing, but in life threatening 25:27 situations always turned back to conventional medicine-who just wanted to treat symptoms and no idea to diagnose properly or to cure. AI summary for ADHD and anxiety and possible dietary treatment:
    "Brecka says that many people are deficient in essential minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids. These deficiencies can lead to a variety of health problems, including anxiety, ADHD, and sleep disorders.
    The video suggests that anxiety can be linked to a genetic mutation that affects how the body breaks down catacol amines. People with this mutation may be more likely to experience anxious thoughts and have trouble sleeping.
    Treatment for anxiety focuses on addressing nutrient deficiencies, particularly B vitamins, that can help regulate catacol amines.
    While not explicitly stated in the video, the B vitamins most commonly associated with mood regulation and anxiety are: B6, B9 and B12."
    For B6 you got: Tuna, Chicken breast, Potatoes and Bananas.
    For B9 you can eat: Beef liver, Spinach, Kale, Asparagus, Brussels sprouts.
    For B12 is: Clams, Salmon, Trout, Beef, Eggs.
    "According to the video, ADHD or ADD is not caused by a lack of attention but rather by an overload of attention. People with ADHD may have a gene mutation that makes it difficult for them to break down catecholamines, which are neurotransmitters that increase alertness. This can lead to an overactive mind and difficulty focusing on one thing at a time. People with ADHD often have a history of anxiety and trouble sleeping.
    The video suggests that addressing the underlying nutrient deficiencies caused by the genetic mutation can improve symptoms of ADHD. Specifically, the video mentions methylation, a process in which the body converts nutrients into usable forms. People with ADHD may be deficient in essential minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids, all of which are necessary for methylation. By taking a genetic methylation test and supplementing for any deficiencies, people with ADHD may be able to improve their focus and reduce their anxiety.
    Methylation is a fundamental biochemical process in the body, crucial for DNA synthesis and repair, gene expression regulation, detoxification, neurotransmitter production, and lipid metabolism. Methyl donors like folate, vitamin B12, choline, and methionine are essential for this process."
    For the nutrients mentioned (folate, vitamin B12, choline, and methionine) you can find them all in Eggs.

      There are not many primitive populations left on earth, but of the ones that are out there, we do know that the suffer from virtually NONE of the problems that plague western societies. Yes they have different sets of problems due to lack of plumbing and sanitation and things of that nature
      But anxiety, depression, heart disease, diabetes etc… it’s a non factor, and it’s good to try to understand why.

Mushrooms for the sole and copper for the conduction.Not only eco-friendly but also challenges the traditional fast-fashion mentality by encouraging individuals to value their products and take care of them.
    Allowing the sneakers to return to the earth, you’ll never have to feel guilty again throwing out a part of sneakers again.

Pharma funds government research and any that is done in research will be primarily plant based again due to funding … definitely get the gene testing , MTHFR runs in my family and we have similar issues with B12, iron and folate , but so can other genetic mutations . Did they at least test you for pernicious anaemia , if they’re giving you injections I would hope so. after your injections your blood levels for B12 may become what doctors will say are ridiculously high , even if your not absorbing st the cellular level .

    • @MsSilver41

      Please don’t suggest fasting if someone has no idea what is causing their deficiency. You can’t assume B12 deficiency is only a small intestine absorption problem, it could be pernicious anaemia - fasting won’t help that , if she’s lacking in B2 she won’t be able to utilise B12, if she is gluten sensitive or coeliac and doesn’t change diet s nothing will change , if she has a tapeworm or MTHFR fasting won’t help. If she’s taking metformin or any of the other drugs that deplete B12 and other vitamins fasting won’t help . I do intermittent fasting so I understand the benefits , but I also know what health issues I’m dealing with .

No matter what test i want to try, the expensive is extortionate! Whilst he might be brilliant, these companies are getting rich at our expense! I had real hopes in trying to contact this gentleman, my life is zilch with fears, phobias, etc.etc. as for going out in the sun, perhaps they forgot about agrphobics that cant go out" So my hopes are shattered, even when i wrote down the methyl stuff i have since read it is dangerous very dangerous to take methyl folate in many cases, so now i give up! I did watch this guy about a year ago, it was the same one, but for people like me that can't afford all these tests, we dont stand a chance in getting better, so all we have to do is try to help ourselves. AND he impressed me with his concern for the regular eveyday person who is NOT getting the best advice from the medical field. Especially here in the US where MD's actually only have a few minutes to talk with you IF they see you instead of sending their NP to you. And where MD's here are not trained in alternative wholistic medicine. We are prescribed medicines that harm us over time, that are energetically marketed to doctors and the general public only because the goal is profit not to serve the greater good. Please share this video with everyone you know. Solid answers are here for people with health issues. Gary Brecka is a man of integrity with a wealth of informed answers for best health.

    The last three months of my last pregnancy was pretty treacherous. I had panic attacks that I could not articulate to my health providers. The physical things that were happening to me were hard to put into words. I want the emergency room twice only to not to be listened to and sent to obstetrics to monitor the baby. I felt like I was passing out all the time, but I wasn’t actually passing out. It was so hard to explain. Crazy heart palpitations and I was becoming agoraphobic because of the fear of passing out in public. I dealt with that feeling on and off for three years after that pregnancy as well. Somebody told me to take b complex because I felt so tired all the time. So I went ahead and bought some b complex. Within two weeks all of my anxiety all of my panic attacks all of those horrible physical feelings, completely disappeared. I suffered for years and all I had was a severe b deficiency. Not one doctor listened to me and every single one refused to take bloodwork and put me on antidepressants which of course didn’t work. It’s amazing what mainstream doctors don’t know….or maybe more so, they don’t care.

    Normally the problem with sugar regulation is mainly due to a chromium deficiency, in addition to vanadium and lithium. But these are basically for sugar regulation, but for these to work effectively, you also need to have the other nutrients for those to be working effectively. So in regards to longevity it comes down to, what people are living longer and healthier, and have in common. We know that 5 cultures live longer in the world than others, live to be 100 years old, and all have one thing in common. They all live in high elevation areas next to glaciers. The glaciers produce what is known as Glacier Milk. This is produced by millions of tons of ice grinding minerals from the rocks and are in a colloidal form, thus released in the water, to which the people in those areas drink what is known as glacial milk, water the same to their animals, to which they eat the animals, and also water to their crops, to which they also eat. So they are drinking the Glacial Milk, eating the animals and the crops which both contain the Glacial Milk. The Glacial Milk is comprised of minerals. And it is these minerals in a form that the body easily digests, that are essential nutrients the body needs to properly function. And these people use fat to cook with , not seed oils which are detrimental to your health ( with the exception of flaxseed) but there may be another. As when you use common sense, if you understand how our body has come from the earth, the earth is comprised of MINERALS, and when you are deficient in minerals, you open your health to numerous challenges.

So far I can truthfully say that in 71 years I can remember 3 doctors: at age 8 I had terrible skin allergies, he told my mom to supplement me with B complex. Problem solved, made me a happy kid. 15 years ago I had a terrible staph Aureus infection. The hospital people nearly let me die. My orthopaedic doctor did the surgery to rid the infection and He called a specialist to complete my treatment. Between the 2 of them they saved my life. That's it!!! The rest I have encountered have been liars, deceptive, negligent, bossy and they absolutely have done nothing but try to put me on medications I have not needed. The reason I know that is because at 71 I am absolutely 100% healthy. This is NOT the first time I've listened to this guy, I find him fascinating!!!

I went out of the system and found a doctor who was still honorable and followed his hippocratic oath. He prescribed me appropriate medication and supplements that at the time was demonized by everyone in the field (despite in Japan and other countries was used widely).
      Within 24 HOURS, I started breathing normal. In 2 days, I was able to stand up without blacking out and eat normal without vomiting.
      Then the rest is history.
      There are more doctors who are simply a big pharmaceutical henchmen or slaves then there are very few who actually do want to help their patients.
      Choose your doctor wisely. Only a few of them are trustworthy. Even then, research everything they advise you before blindly taking them.
      On my check up recently, one of the big pharma supporter doctor try to put me on statin over my elevated LDL as he said I will get a heart disease. I also have a1c 6.9 as a mark of diabetes.
      I asked if I can address this with lifestyle changes and supplementation before using ozempic and statin.
      He said “there is no amount of lifestyle change can help you get your LDL and diabetes corrected and reversed. You need to get on these medication asap.”
      I said “thanks, doc.”
      Went home, determine to prove him wrong. I made a lifestyle change.
      Went to holistic doctor and had a completely opposite advise.
      A month later, I lost close to 25 lbs without using ozempic or statin.
      In two months I will have another check up. We shall see if I manage to reduce the a1c.
      As far as LDL goes, the more researched I did the more I realize high LDL count does not mean you are exposed to heart disease just like this podcast mentioned.

      MDs almost killed me twice. At 20 I was being crushed by chonic congestion allergies/asthma and cystic acne. I wore out anthihistimines, did allergy shots for years, (they won't answer question "what else is this doing to my immune system?") discovered "Dr. Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System" saved my life. (It's not for everyone it's quite extreme but some of us need it). 40 years later tortured by "allergic reaction" to Retin-A topical oral/topical/injected steroids all failed to cure it only short-term treated, one more time I fasted and it fixed it. Now treat re-eruptions by fasting it always works. Look up Dr. Valter Longo he studies fasting and immunity at USC.

    My sugar has been running 400 for a year with 4 diabetic meds 2 insulin pens metformin and 1 more I forget. I ordered the TMG and infrared light mat. The TMG came yesterday, I took 2500 mg my sugar went down to 90 this morning, normally I would have to take some sugar because I would shake. Today I felt great and my blood pressure was lower too. I used the infrared mat for 10 minutes my sugar was 206, 20 minutes later the sugar was down to 181, 40 minutes later it was at 162. This is abnormal for me. My sugar normally goes up to 350 but it was going down. Thank you Gary.

    • @drbarco
      @drbarco 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    @Acts-1322 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +118

    Incredible info!! As a healthcare worker who has done a deep dive as well, i might humbly add a couple things about nutrient deficiency tests...
    1) Throw away the word "normal" with your tests. Learn what OPTIMAL is for each nutrient. "You're in normal range" only means you weren't in the bottom 5% most extreme cases of our sick, obese country. Normal range uses 95% population average, but a UNC study showed 88% of Americans are metabolically unfit (*aka sick*). Add that up.
    2) Serum magnesium is worthless. Blood serum is only 1% of total body Mg, and your body will rob your muscles & bones (60% & 20% of your total body Mg storage) to keep serum level consistent. But eating plenty of Mg is mega-crucial.. it plays a part in 300 enzymatic functions!
    3) RBC Mg is more accurate, but most accurate would be to count up RDAs of things like potassium and Mg, zinc, iron, vitamin A, B, K, etc in your common meals and see how lousy your intake has been. It'll shock you.
    We eat dead food, and are dying quickly from it. Yet we shun any accountability for our lifestyle too-- how wise!

    I did Gary’s test. I’m glad I did but a word of caution and something I found out the hard way. If you have MTHFR and you start taking methylfolate, you can get a bad reaction. You may have to start at an extremely low dose. Some people, like myself (and confirmed this with a genetic doctor I’ve seen after doing Gary’s test and wanted to dig deeper), can have a strong reaction where they get intense anxiety, can’t sleep, and strong feelings of being flushed that can last for months. Thankfully mine lasted a few days and went away when I donated blood but I’ve seen horror stories of people having reactions that lasted months from just one dose and they wanted to kill themselves. Just a word of caution that methylfolate is no joke for someone who can’t methylate well and you need to start SUPER, super, super, super, super low and work your way up.

    I was waking up with panic attacks…my dr never said, hey, menopause, cortisol spikes…also never told me about hashi hypo low stomach acid, don’t absorb nutrients properly, and why you have phlegm issues. Don’t get me started on high cholesterol! Trying to get LDN is a nightmare! I would find it easier to get opioids, seriously! Women’s health is a disaster. Interesting video.

      How did you figure it all out? Did you see a naturopath doctor?

    • @princessfreesia
      @princessfreesia 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      This is me minus menopause! I have hashi and have been strongly encouraged to seek out LDN but can’t get it prescribed here in the UK. I’m also on a low income so trying to pay for this regularly and see a naturopath isn’t something I can comfortably achieve. I’d really love the help I need here in the UK!

    • @melsymadds
      @melsymadds 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@princessfreesia yes trying to get LDN in the UK is nearly impossible. I have M.E amongst other difficult conditions and I’ve read accounts where LDN has helped somewhat.. I was replying to someone else above saying that we just don’t have the infrastructure here in the UK for functional doctors . There’s no regulation or accreditation so there’s many charlatans and it can cost thousands to see someone, get tested and get the right supplements. There are naturopaths scattered across the country but it’s very hard to gauge if they’re trustworthy. I think the information shared in this video is pretty important but testing in the ways that is talked about here could be quite prohibitive here. Many of us do want to take charge of our own health but it can be out of reach.

      I have hashis and took LDN for 6 months and it didn't make any difference. Since having 2 unwanted Pfizer c vaccines I developed migratory shingles and was terribly ill. Since then my hashis has gone into remission and I've taken no thyroid meds for 7 months. I developed HPylori due to nutrient malabsorption and low stomach acid. We have to be our own health advocate and it's so hard. I go along on the basis that any test results that aren't in the top 20% of the range are sub-optimal and I supplement as best I can. A lot of supplements are only a bare minimum therapeutic dose 🇳🇿

    Grateful for this interview as we work to help our two young adult children get to the root cause of their health struggles. MTHFR mutation has been on my radar for several years and this info has confirmed for me that our next step is to get both kids tested asap. Looking forward to helping them achieve optimal health and living so that they can thrive and not merely survive. Thank you from a grateful mom!! Your work is making a huge impact! 💜

    ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL that you & your wife are BLESSED to work with your adult children, that have followed in your professional footsteps. Loved hearing you express thankfulness for this blessing! Also your discussion of "Broken Heart Syndrome" was very informative. Thank you for explaining this clearly as to how it affects a person both mentally and physically, and the connection to the brain & mortality from missing a loved one.
