Outrageous!!!! I try NOT to listen to it because I never want to burn out. Anyone talking about the top 3-5 emcees bullshit are hip hop dorks. Black Thought is by far the greatest emcee dead or alive, he would chop anyones head off effortlessly so that puts all that politicin’ to bed rest. Period. In all honesty I’m a dj premier junkie from day 1 but these beats are outrageous. The whole project is the greatest thing since pants with pockets. Every other emcee shines too. Track with thought and con is lava. I’m rambling but this or anything with thought gets me hype. Idc what anyone thinks. One of my favorite verses by black thought ever was on that track “bird’s eye view “ Jesus god almighty. His level of intelligence and cleverness and still manages to keep it street idk it’s madness. He’s always been like that. Always. That track w thought and Che noir is vicious too. Hustle don’t stop I think. .. that’s another. If I keep going there won’t be any room for anyone else to comment. Long live Black Thought!!!!!👑👑👑 ✌️
Listening to the strong production by Danger I wish he could have done another album with the METAL FACE VILLIAN (RIP) but Black Thought is tearing these tracks up so I’m not disappointed at all.
I had the same thought, this is the closest we're gonna get to that level of collaboration ever again. This is the Madvillainy of now.
Apparently DOOM has almost 18 albums of unreleased music, and a ton of it is with danger mouse. Madvillainy 2 is completed and was slated to release, but DOOM unfortunately passed. Still a chance it gets released but his estate is holding it up. It stinks, but it is their right. Hopefully we get it soon.
I hope some Special Herbs albums are in that batch of unreleased goodies @Spencer Ellsworth
