I’m a mama and something about the 5/5:30 am just hits different. If I want to even THINK about working out and having time with God, I have to be up early so I can get myself together before the little one.
I am a mama of three, working in the tech space and I can confirm the 5:00 am routine is IT! Especially the workoukt+meditation+journaling+skincare combo. truely life changing. By the time the kids get up to get ready for school, I feel like I've already conquered my day.😉
when i was in middle school/ high school, my mom started going to sleep at 9 and waking up at 5. now that im the age she was, i find i need to do the same thing to get to the next level in life. Thanks for inspiring me.

Okay, thank you for the suggestion. I’ve been home permanently since 2020 and I know the feeling as well. I try to change things up every now and then and it’s the only thing that helps. That and music, podcasts, natural lighting, a clean space, and putting a little effort into my look. I can’t wait to hear how you incorporate this in your routine. 🤍

What time do you normally go to bed? Are you a “good sleeper?” I want to wake up at 5a but I have insomnia so I always wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep until 4a and then it’s time to get up in an hour, but I’m way too sleepy 😩😩

If you’d like to deep clean your face you can double cleanse by using a balm with dry skin to melt the makeup and residue off then rinse and go in with your normal cleanser. I like my work day hours to be 6a-2p or 7a-3p that way I can complete all of my personal tasks afterwards. Although, I am a morning person I’m not one for working out(gym)early. The only thing I’ll do that involves being active is hiking or walking for the day.
That’s not a bad thing at all. I actually used to work out after work until I started working from home. I find that if I don’t go in the morning, I probably won’t go later in the day.

Its better to do skincare after tge showering. You had on moisterizer while working out, while your pores open. Then sweat, the creme etc will cloge your pores.

I'm confused, why do you apply so many serums in the morning only to wash it off after the gym?
I find that it absorbs better after a workout. And I have oily skin, in the morning my face is very oily so I like to wash it.
