I had misfire on cylinder 2 and 3, exact same car 2009 acura tsx. 180k. Changed the spark plugs and the ignition coils, and it still blinks and doesnt shift out of second gear. Im stuck dont know what to do. Any help?

It could be your injectors. The doesn't shift mean you have transmission problem that doesn't related to your misfires
