      @@ellymartinez2427 IF they Have beans ask IF they can make sallad or vegetables wok with beans and rice. Or if you go to thai restaurang they usually Have tofu and veggies. Dhal id you go to indian restaurant.falafelwrap at niddle easter restaurang.

    Your recipes and teachings could quite literally be saving my life, and perhaps helping heal my parents. For my part, my gut health was very poor for a year, and only 3 weeks in to plant based (with a lot of research about the dos and don'ts of course) and already I am seeing all kinds of changes. My reflux is completely gone, my joints don't hurt anymore, the bloating stopped, constipation gone. My vision is better, my skin and eyes aren't dry, I can be out in the sun without sunglasses (i still use them but my eyes are no longer so light sensitive! And I can see at night again, the blurry vision stopped). My runny nose and itchy eyes stopped, my finger nails stopped peeling. Thank you so much for helping a newbie to WFPB, your recipes are so simple and easy to follow. I am positive I've botched several of them and they still taste amazing, lol! I ventured into this to help myself and my parents eat better, they both have cancer and need to dramatically change their lifetsyle and diet. So I am healing my gut with a high focus on yogurts, miso, kombucha, kale, variety of veg, etc, and hoping to help them to heal from the cancer and chemo too with a properly balanced cancer healing diet and exercise. We love you both, thank you so much for helping to empower us to live healthy!

    I am thankful to find a whole plant food channel that isn't loaded with tomatoes in everything. I am highly allergic to them so finding recipes is hard.

      Tip: try blending red bell peppers and cooking that every time it asks for tomato sauce- maybe add some lemon for acididty. It'll give you a similar feel. Hope you're you're allergic to peppers too

    This video encouraged me to eat less processed foods I recently went vegan and sometimes I like to add some beyond meat into my meals. All the recipes look great!! I’m naturally skinny and seeing how good u look with a slim figure really encourages me to embrace my body rather than trying to lift to get “gains” great content!!

    I live in northern Spain and mangoes are not only expensive but also difficult to find and bad-tasting. They're not sweet at all (they taste like soap) so I wish I lived in the south to get those juicy sweet mangoes like yours haha. Thank you again for bringing us this inspiring content!

      I thought whole Spain was blessed with first class mangoes 😅 Maybe better here because they grow a lot of them here in Malaga. I think the best is to order from farms or fincas 😊 And thank you ❤️

      From what I know some countries sell all their good harvest and keep the bad to look better to other countries, maybe that could be it?

      Oh that’s too bad .. in the States I can find mangoes for 98 cents - $1.98 depending on the store .. they’re usually pretty good too

    The date and tahini are the most popular combination known in Arab world 💛✨ we in Saudi Arabia eat dates a special kind called khulas or Sukari with tahini 😍😍😍😍 and drink Arabic coffee and voilà

    Love your recipes ❤. Little trick for sweet potatoes to cook them faster is to wash them poke them with fork and microwave for 5 minutes then cut in half with skin up and bake for 20 minutes instead of 45 minutes as they can get pretty big🎉

    Just made the oats and granola this am! I absolutely love your channel- I downloaded your app and got premium! Thank you so much for all you do- I’m so excited to stay on my plant based journey for the long run…it really changed my life a couple years ago- I never looked and felt better then I got married and went off the wagon!     Could you make recipes for people allergic to all nuts, esp the peanut family (no chickpeas, no fenugreek, no peanuts, no peas) and whole soy family (no tofu, no soy sauce, no tamari, no miso)... I am a new vegan and can't find much of anything that doesn't have nuts or soy.

    Just found your channel and I love it. I want to make everything in this video too. You are the second person I know of that talks about burcher. I love that stuff. It's a great breakfast for the warmer months. And that tahini dressing!!! I usually add tamari, nooch and lemon to my tahini dressing. I'm going to have to try yours. I know I will love it.

    There is probably more protein in the pasta than the cashews. Whole wheat pasta is naturally about as high in protein than quinoa and higher in protein than any nut. I just want to stop the false notion that grain don't have protein or are not high in protein. There is lots of protein in grains. And I think it may be worth mentioning in a video.

      That’s true, whole grains have a lot of protein! Actually even some white pasta I’ve seen good amounts of protein!

      That’s right, more protein in the pasta than in that amount of cashews. Cashews add a boost of it plus other nice nutrients. Of course I can highlight this 😊

      Pasta is a processed food and if eaten should be eaten in moderation, especially if you're not making your own. Also, the body doesn't need as much protein, as we've been conditioned to think. Nuts and seeds are the best form of protein & fiber.

      @@temekarollins6007 processed food? Whole wheat pasta is ground up, so is cashew cream or cashew butter. The pasta is actually higher in fiber. Both are good for you. I don't see what the issue is

      24 years for me
      Alexandra's recipes are very good ,and,importantly,they are easy,so hopefully will encourage others who think veganism is difficult with lots of weird ingredients.
