But i want to ask u if u could do something with the ads in the video bcs when i am in the middle of the workout and the ads are always showing up its stupid to wait until the ad is over and then continue the workout. But thanks for ur hard work for us
Do the workouts while the advertisement plays. That's what I am currently doing, or you can use the advertisement as a water break because staying hydrated is important. Or if the ad is too long, or you just feel tired, continue the exercise you were doing for half of the advertisement, or just a few seconds of it!

I love your workouts because they're so calming and unlike the other intense workout challenges Ive tried out before, I don't dread about the next time I have to workout. My go-to full body workout! This Pilates workout is sooo awesome, and the perfect one when I only want a simple 20min one to! I’ve most definitely noticed changes in my core and I’m looking much more toned and slim 🤩 10000000/10 recommend 🙌🏻🙌🏻

@@Lina-hz1cw still not loosing weight eventually I stopped doing Pilates but still walking for like 30 min daily so I got a bit leaner by just walking and eating healthy but not loosing weight 🙂
@zdraw6825 could you have just hit a plateau? that is if you had already lost some weight if you only started and couldn't lose any at all, it can only mean you're not eating in the calorie deficit

Honestly(I’m not hating I love her but this is just for people who have a specific workout in mind) this was too easy. It’s a good workout for an active rest day but this felt more like 20 minutes of stretching and not much of a workout. But I would say this is good for beginners who are starting pilates. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a killer workout that makes you feel like u stretched and toned ur body.
