This was such a healing workout for me. Thank you so much. So many Pilates workouts are too hard and all about over muscle work which as a beginner is frustrating. This was great, was challenging enough but easy enough that it is sustainable to do every day, every other day. Which as you say, sustainability in this day and age is so much more important for me personally than pushing myself to the point of exhaustion and then not being able to workout for days after. Lidia you cannot imagine how your videos are helping me to reconcile with my body. I feel amazing after each work out and it makes it easier to make it a habbit to be nice to myself. I also don't feel guilty about eating what I want to eat, as my body knows what it needs. Thank you thank you thank you

Just one thing I like to see in your videos since you once posted a video about it in Instagram: when you do the exercises, maybe you can write down how to breath and what is important for the particular exercise. What to focus on and what to be aware of for example. I love the vibe of your videos so talking would destroy the vibe, but if you write down short information so everyone can pause and read it and do the exercises correctly. Just a suggestion that I personally would love in you videos! Love you girl, keep going! 🎉
Yet again, another graceful flow 🩵. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to include a preview box before each movement so we can get a hand of the exercise before the timer starts. Thanks!

I‘ve been doing this workout for a week now and the first things I realised after ONLY 2 days are: -sleeping better -feeling more tired and falling asleep better -waking up feeling fresh -feeling happier and more energised I don’t immediately see any changes on my body but a lot of pain as in example my back pain has almost gone away completely after only one week! Totally recommend you guys to try it out!
I normally don't comment on workout videos, but here I am! Tbh I used to not enjoy your workout videos too much, because I always felt like I wasn't doing much and got bored quickly. But since I haven't excercised in quite a while, I thought it would be a nice motivation to follow a weekly workout program especially something that's not too challenging, but oh boy! This was actually a lot harder than expected, but like in a good way and I am honestly excited for the rest of the week! Also the music was very pleasant, I'm reaaly grateful for this, thank you

This is perfect I used to be a dancer and we would do Pilates all the time. I recently had to take a break from working out due to a eating disorder this is the perfect thing to bring me back and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t need to take the brakes. So I’ve been doing Pilates for the last two months and if not big, I’ve seen small changes. Didn’t lose much weight but yes, I did lose inches, had better strength and more flexibility. Holding myself accountable and keeping track of progress. I’m 5’0 and 117 lbs I am currently doing a 2 mile bike ride as my warm up. Day 1: getting used to the workout a lot of control movement which I’m not used too but hoping to get better at! Did a 5 min ab workout afterwards Day 2: definitely felt the burn a little more today but overall feeling good! Day 3: I don’t feel sore at all and this ab workout was relatively light. I did an extra 5 min ab workout to help feel the results Day 4: todays workout was lighter for me I have noticed my bike times improving since the beginning of the week! Day 5: skipped the bike ride today because I’m planning on doing cardio later today. Definitely felt the burn. I feel stronger now but I haven’t noticed many visual changes in my body
I’m new to your channel and I’ve decided to try this 7 day challenge, I’ll update you on how it goes! I haven’t worked out in over a year so I’ll also update on the changes I see. Day 1: completed! Wasn’t too difficult but my core and legs definitely felt it lol, obviously no changes yet but I definitely feel like I’ve had a work out. Also going to incorporate another workout for my arms. Day 2: completed! My ass and thighs were not ready but we made it :’) along with fasting and increased protein intake i do feel slimmer Day 3: completed! Day 4: completed! Day 5: completed! im on my own little fitness journey before the summer comes around, and i just want to achieve my dream body and be fit and strong. starting with this 7 day challenge! april 6: 🗹 all done! hard, but felt good after. did some extra cardio, abs and a 45 min walk! april 7: 🗹 done! day 1 left me a little sore but gave me so much motivation and energy for the rest of my day. this was a leg workout, which was easier for me than the full body. did abs and arms as extra. april 8: 🗹 done! i did a fitness challenge at my school today lol! so this was a little hard haha. april 9: 🗹 couldn't do 20 mins, had do study and do tons of hw. instead did a quick 10 min one. will be doing the 20 min + 15 ones tomorrow to make up for it. sorry!
