- How to fixed Whole electricity (Power)cut off , motor shut down and turned back on in a second while driving and when parked as shown in the video.
Went many times to mechanics and dealership. Nobody could find problem. Then I changed a part under the hood below steering called PNDB your problem will be fixed after replace PNDB - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

I have seen this issue pretty frequently on cascadias, even tractors as new as 2017... If you suspect the pndb is causing the unexpected shut downs you can shake the main power cable (big red one) thats connected to it. if the truck shuts down then you know you have a bad pndb. it seems the way the cable is routed puts a lot of stress on the main power terminal and causes a poor contact internally.

I just unplugged mine and ,,BAM!!,,,no more problems....this is only a switch that allows you to kill the power. so until you can get this fixed...just unlplug it.

Thank you buddy. Now I want to make sure you had this same problem. Did your truck shut off while you were driving couple times and then turned back on again? That's what's happening to me. My truck 2012 Cascadia is shutting off while I'm driving but then turns back on right away...
Ya bro it was same thing happening with me. Some times it turned back on after one time shutting off engine and all power. Sometimes 2 or 3 times shutting off.
This problem increasing day by day. Then it will start happening when your truck is parked.

I bought it from Freightliner dealership French camp CA. you can buy from any Freightliner. Should be available.
No fun when it does this in pitch black on highway😢 very scary
Our truck is shutting off while we are driving and then comes right back on. Please let us know if this is the same issue you are having as well. Freightliner already charged us $500. And it's still doing it.
Unplug the power switch by the driver side no problem for me any more

I looked on ebay and it sells for 274.00 vice 500.00 the dealer wants. Check around because freightliner costs too much for the same part.

I’m going through same problem. Dealer charged me $250 and they said nothing wrong with truck. Truck randomly shut it down.....red light blinking at battery switch and dndb box. Tightened all red cables around dndb switch. Blinking stop but truck still shut it down. I will update later on ....

I have 2015 cascadia and it keep shutting down it been in the shop for 3 weeks now they can't find the problem they check the whole electrical system still nothing anybody else have this problem let me know👍🏼

I have the same problem ! I spend 4 days at mechanic and 11 hundreds$ and he could not find a problem.
Who knows how to fix that?
dima ceapa no body knows that, I went to dealership and they couldn’t find anything, then I took a chance to change PNDB. Somebody told me about it. I told them just change that PNDB part even they will not responsible if not fixed.
Problem solved!!!!! DNDB switch was the problem.
The switch itself or the actual box by the steering wheel im having the same issue but I noticed my truck has 2 of these pndb boxes one by steering and one under the driver side
