Based on the profit margin per hour, which I have no idea how much it is, If an agency pays £15 ph, would I be able to pay £18 for the same position to get more candidates?
Hey @Kadz Money, Thank you for the content. Do you use an umbrella company? if you don't mind me asking which one if you do. I want to go down this route but will definitely need an umbrella company. Cheers
Kadz thank you for this fantastic video that taught me a lot . I am sending you an email to see how you can help me add temp to perm recruitment some clients are asking for temp to perm staff Kadz Money
Hey Kadz, i dont understand cause basically the only difference between temp and perm is the commission structure. Why of a sudden with temp, the employee is “yours” and we need insurance etc? Can’t we simply discuss the comm with the client and get the employee directly under contract with the client? While we get paid per hour instead the whole thing upfront. Thank for all your video man😃
Hi Kadz, great video 👍. How do you source companies that are looking for employees to hire, and what about the contract that's needed for the commission?
Kadz thank you for this fantastic video. I am sending you an email to see how you can help me add temp to perm recruitment some clients are asking for temp to perm staff
Hi there, do you reckon I use an agency to set everything up for me? I am referring to Care Media. They do start-up packages. Temp staffing agency around £8,334. Please advise.
Hey. Kadz, loving your videos. I'm an IT Contract recruiter myself (14 years or so ) and I do agree with alot of your content. But you are saying agencies pay umbrellas. This is not correct. An umbrella company deducts their I fee from the rate we pay the contractors. Some agencies use invoice factoring services which is perhaps what you meant? Might be worth doing a video on that. Keep up the great work.
Do you think just plain indeed and linked in is enough to get permanent placements to start or pay more for extras on those to get better candidates? Plus docu sign I think is a must for temps and perms for clients to sign. Permanent placements do candidates have sign anything? Thanks 😊
On the perm side, they dont have to sign anything from you. The beauty of it is you are just the middle man. Mate you can use just LinkedIn and often if your approach is good, it can be all you need.
Thank you so much for this great content! Are there any umbrella companies that you would personally recommend? God's willing, I'm setting up a temp "virtual assistant" agency.
Only for certain jobs where they deal with vulnerable people such as disabled or children. Most experienced candidates will be be on the dbs update service so they will already have a dbs.
@@kadzmoney thanks. Also, i live in the uk and im trying to find clients for warehouse roles, but all of them have already been snapped up by existing agencies. I dont know what to do to get a head start on them all
How many have you contacted? I done some cold calling last month and managed to pick up big orders for warehouse workers they were like "yeah we send 20 staff"
@@kadzmoney none uet because there isn't many vacancies being posted and the ones that are posted have already been snapped up by mainstream agencies so i dont bother approaching.

God bless you bro. This was a great help. I’ve been cracking my brian for weeks.
Glad I could help
in the current corona climate more temp videos would be great. we're setting up a temp agency in construction so a video on that would be helpful!
I plan to do a few in the sector as I think the temp market will hot up before the perm market at least for the next 10-12 months.
Another great video, with great content! I truly hope God rewards you for giving out all the insight and for free! Thank you
Thank you! Glad it helped and i know a ton of people wanted to see this video from requests
Thank you Kadz; such helpful, supportive videos.

Literally any of them but aim for a 2-4% fee.
I am set up with a few but i am a perm recruiter and rarely get any temp roles.
You are very welcome!!!
I would assume that we would pay the candidate for their holiday?

Some umbrella companies do the whole service so they do payroll and factoring. That is what I meant. Thank you for your kind words.

What is a great markup percentage on hourly rate to start with?
Whatever the job is usually 10-30% of the hourly rate i would say is very good. So if it is £10 per hour... £13 would be ideal
@@kadzmoney I was told the average is 48% or so? Not the case?
Who told you that? In some cases it can be possible, but you can be undercut very easily.
@@kadzmoney I will be servicing the market here in Israel. Are you familiar with the average markup or is it based globally?
It varies greatly from country to country. I only recruited perm roles in Israel, Telaviv. At 20%
Ur so helpful

Only for certain jobs where they deal with vulnerable people such as disabled or children. Most experienced candidates will be be on the dbs update service so they will already have a dbs.

Its a very tough market for recruiters but it will level out.
How much should cost in total the start up?
couple thousand
I am in need of your support I know customers in my niche.
Very nice
