@@recruitmentmentorspodcast I listened to the audio version. At the beginning Matt talks about getting value off of every call with a candidate, BUT candidates are not stupid and wont just spill the beans on a call, so how do you extract info if you do not have any roles for them?
@@headhunter2513 Make it clear to them that if you know where they are interviewing, you will have an idea of what type of clients/roles to suggest. Works almost every time for me, but most people fail to break the ice with candidates.
