This is to be expected with a ten speed and a motor that does well with top end power. Those 5.0's have shitty torque tho, thats why they lose digs. The ten speed 5.0 is a one trick pony, 60 roll car.

Hey whats the best way to launch on the L99 from a 0 to 60 dig race? I spin at the tires but im thinking the tires alone seem to be my issue since they are showing some dry rot. I do 5 seconds normal on both drive and sport mode, when I go to competitive mode I spin and second gear seems to get the traction but by then its already 7 to 8 seconds to 60 which is pretty dog water. I run 295x20x35 on the back and 275 upfront whats your set up and any advice?
I have 315s and hook up every time from a dig, you want to turn off traction and stabilitrak and try launching at about 1500rpm or more. I do same and keep mine in M (sport auto) and let the car do the shifting

I'm h/c Gpi ported intake ...big stall and 391s. I do pretty good. Put 2 lengths on a Mustang with the same mods as this one

Idk the best way. But I double tap the traction control. And put the car in M. Let it shift itself. And rn I have some 17” welds with 305/45/17 tires.
