That clip design is absolutely genius! Both of those knives look great; I especially like the price point and the creative scales of the first one.

I think SRM has been knocking it out of the park. I also have The smaller version of the 7228 and it is a fantastic little knife. Another one, which I happen to be carrying today, is the 9225. It's slightly more expensive but is an amazing axis lock with front flipper deployment. They offer a lot of value across their line.

I am not a huge fan of the CR steels, so I bought this knife and the D2 variant. I swapped the blades and gave the heavier G10 with the CR away to a friend. I have a Hogue Deka in Magnacut that I carry for nighits out, work trips, etc. This SRM knife sits in my pocket quite often, doing everything just as well as the Deka. I enjoy the weight of the poly scales and it is solid for it's materials.

This is a crazy deal. I have the SRM 9201-GW and it’s amazing! I knew I should have gotten all of the models. This is a amazing company. Hands down the best $20 knife on the market. D2 with a good heat treat. It’s shaving sharp with a good cross bar lock. There will be more to come soon! Thanks for showing us these!

good knives seem to be cheaper at the moment. I got my vic handyman about 10€ cheaper than the 2 I bought before and the spirit x for 105€ (Amazon). Just the pocketclip for the spirit x that makes it sooo much better, still costs an arm and a leg (18€).

How is the edge retention on the 8cr13mov of SRM 9201?
If you have the Spyderco tenacious or resilience, I'd like to know how does the 8cr13 on this SRM perform as compared to that on Spyderco.

$20 at time of filming or when you purchased? Cause now the cheapest is $30. This seems pretty common with these vids granted I usually watch them months or weeks later not just a few days like this one so I find it especially strange that it just decided a $10 price hike was necessary.

Nice knives, but if we continue buying all these Chinese knives we're going to have to move there someday. Some things we don't have a choice, but knives we do. China especially needs our financial support currently to aid in their funding of Russia's war. ... I think I'd prefer to pay a little more for American materials and labor...a knife is a lifetime purchase after all.
