Yeah, right. There is too much homelessness and too many vacant homes all around that people can't live in w/o payment. No genuine help is available for those in need. Most people want something in return. Now we have people acting like they are helping people while showing their "good deeds" on social media to get followers and donations. Not many people are genuine anymore. They give those who are struggling a few dollars and leave them to their suffering, knowing how fast money disappears. 💯
It doesn't address substance abuse issues, mental illnesses, criminal behavior etc. In SF they have tried 'housing first'. The people live in squalor in filthy apartments because they don't clean. They fight and kill each other. Management and maintenance get threatened. The apartments get damaged and have to be completely renovated. They are buying, selling and using meth all day every day. It's terrible for all the neighbors. Eventually they get evicted for lease violations and end up homeless again. It's not just about housing .

My opnion you dont need hooked up with electricity or water as long as you have a stream and wood but they will not allow this as they can not make money on you. Even if it is suppose to be your land... But Imagine growing your own food using water from the stream and a log fire for warmth and no worries about bills..

The ceilings are too low. You need clearance for material on the ceiling and the floor. Also, what will you do for ventilation? By the time you try and compromise with the the interior build out, you could have just poured a slab and done it right from the get go. It'll be cheaper and more effective.

Regardless of where you live, you want to talk to your local authorities about this product and how you plan to use it. Don't be surprised if they say "Sorry, no you can't do that".

Since it's not made out of wood, you can't screw in any blinds or curtain rods to put up any curtains. Lastly, is it even waterproof?
