When buying one of these homes it should come in with planning permission and land to house the home as with what ever fuel you will be using. even if you have your own land you are not 100% sure if you will get planing permission which in my opnion is wrong so the law needs to be changed for this purpose. I would like to buy land in scotland and just put a mobile home on it but this all about them making money from you and how much. you can buy land but it will never be yours you will always have to pay something to live on it just like a rent.
