Layout is good, but needs windows & more lighting and cross ventilation in the home in the kitchen & bedrooms & the first bathroom was claustrophobic too.
Looks like something Bruce Willis would buy. What's the snow load. Only negative I see is a shower to small for a teenager to drop the soap and a Porch ya could fall off of in the back.

Hello, 19k is based in Philippines price list, to build it UNFURNISHED, in the U.S it will be 10 times more expensive.. thanks for your comment.
