    I bought the same table and haven't used it yet but my buddy loves his and says it's great for small projects. I would personally invest in a better welder and use with gas. Nice garage setup for the hobbiest. Thanks and enjoy the hobby

      @@AreYouAwakeYet thanks for watching and your comment. It is an awesome table, I have now added a second table and have used it with different welders. I am just a hobbyist welder but I absolutely love learning and doing small projects with them. We appreciate the support, have a great day and be safe!

    Thanks for the review and video. I've been thinking about getting a welding table. Harbor Freight is my favorite store. I think I may give them a visit. You've helped me make up my mind.

    Brave man to put up a welding video on TH-cam.... Lots of experts to tell you what you're doing wrong (glad you're taking a class) but these comments do include some practical advice - in general stay away from EMT - tube stock is easy to find.

    Worth the money but need to lock casters as table did seem to move a little.

    • @CopperBarnHomestead
      @CopperBarnHomestead  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for the comment. Yes I think it is well worth the price and I didn’t lock the casters before using, I should have. It rolled a little bit and the floor isn’t completely flat so it rocked a little when it did roll. Wasn’t too distracting for me but would have been better if it didn’t move… have a great day and be safe!

    Weld beads suspect as sound of deposition was not the sound of fried bacon.

    They make a special kind of wheel that costs a lot more, but will go to a solid surface where the wheel is NOT touching the ground, to a lever action that puts the wheel on the ground. They cost more, but are a great choice for something like this.
    One other thing that I'd get is a moving arm rest. The arm/wrist rest basically holds your wrist and allows it to smoothly glide where you want the weld to go. They cost about $50.

    • @CopperBarnHomestead
      @CopperBarnHomestead  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@karljay7473 thanks for watching and your comment! The wheels you described would be perfect for upgrading this table! Definitely would be better than the little friction locks on the ones we used. I will definitely look up the arm rest you mentioned. I haven’t heard of that before being a hobbyist but obviously that sounds like it would absolutely improve my welds! Thanks so much for your help, we appreciate you, have a great day and be safe!
