    The Rockwood Minilite 2109S is its sister to the Flagstaff. Same camper, made in the same facility just different decals and color interior. The 22FBS/2205S are a little bigger with a full queen bed and a fireplace. Both accessible with slides closed. Welcome back. Good showing.

    Being a past RV tech I love how they put the water connections ABOVE the Electric connection... That's smart... wonder who approved that.. See it on lots of new trailers nowadays...Fridges are most electric now.... Efficient... BUT, the round shower doors are a problem.... Max air vent over the bed vent. Usually they are wired for an air con or powered vent that can go there,,That 110 outlet next to the "flush" slide in is an accident waiting to happen.... Like the Goodyear tires... Too many Insurance claims on those Chinese tires they sold them with I imagine.. my 02.

    If you want more elbow room while using the commode, get rid of the glass doors on the shower and replace them with a curtain. Will give you more room in the shower, too.

    One problem I have with mine is the sewer gate is very low. When you hook up to a ground drain that is a couple of inches above ground it has a hard time draining the hose as it has little to no fall

  • @clubmike2910
    @clubmike2910 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Why would they put the water hook ups right above the electric hook-up? That for me is a deal killer.

    • @davesrvchannel4717
      @davesrvchannel4717  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree totally. I watched a video on TH-cam from someone from manufacturing. They said the electric is able to be rained on, therefore if water leaked it’s no big deal. I say why risk it.

    • @davesrvchannel4717

    Dave, are you still in that Primetime Avenger ATI? If so, is your fresh water tank holding the designed capacity? If not, let me know. I'll tell you what Primetime has done in their manufacturing process that compromises tank capacity and an easy "fix" I've found that restored the advertised capacity. My 2020 21RB was labeled for 42 gallons (48 with water heater included) but only held 30. After my modification, I'm back up to 42 gallons of usable capacity.

    • @davesrvchannel4717
      @davesrvchannel4717  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I still have my 14RB by avenger. I love it. But the one thing I don’t like is advertised capacity was 50 gal. I want to say the tank is truly a 42 maybe 37. I assumed they must’ve included the fresh water in water heater and the lines etc

    • @williamfuller2389
      @williamfuller2389 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@davesrvchannel4717 No, they couldn't comprimise the water heater capacity. Sounds like you should have a 44 (50 with water heater included) gallon tank. Perhaps you don't have access to those last 7 gallons. While they include that 6 gallons in their rating, which I understand, what they did is take a manufacturing shortcut, likely to cut production costs and routed their own venting system. I noticed my vent in the fill plate was not expelling air being replaced as I filled with water. They installed a separate hose (small blue hose) bypassing the function of the standard fill plate and installed it below the top of the tank. I actually got to see the vent fitting on my water tank when I took it in for service. What this does is siphon water out and prevent complete access to filling the entire tank. When I installed a plastic valve in their vent hose and closed the vent, I was able to fill water in the top section of the tank. Primetime Tech Support completely denied they were compromising the tank capacity and gave me the story thay were following the Tank manufacturer's installation guidelines. Why would a Tank manufacturer establish installation guidelines that REDUCE the capacity of their product?
      Do you have their blue hose vent? Easy fix, cost me about $6 for the value. Jammed it in there, turned it "off" and problem solved. I fill slow enough that the tank still vents well enough.
