    Thank you for the advice, I’m very guilty of all these bad examples and I did notice that when I focused on transferring the weight forward it felt like I was striking with more power but I also felt balanced. No one has ever explained the roundhouse to me in this way and it makes a lot of sense to me, it will certainly take some effort to correct the bad habits I’ve formed but it’s a real treat to discover a new concept that has the potential to help me grow. Again thank you for the advice..

    Great video, indeed its all about when and when not to commit kicks. Always shifting you're weight forward when kicking (e.g) high kick kan be a bad idea. Thanks for the video.

      I think it's sold as a Fairtex pole bag. It's probably at least 80 lbs of old clothes
