thanks man, i really try to keep the videos compact and full of information or action. really appreciate the kind words.
Another great video! Love the format of explaining technique, showing drills and then progressing to sparring sessions.

thanks bro!!
Dude... amazing video as always! I’m digging watching your videos get better and better! The highlighting and labeling of attacks in the latest vids are both helpful and cool to watch. Two thumbs up!
thanks so much!
Hey I just wanted to say thank you very much! First off I love these drills and plan on working them into my practice but ALSO that I loved your free course! Your videos have given me a whole new perspective on striking. As a submission wrestler I had thought of striking more as a transition towards ground techniques but after taking your course and gaining a variety of stand up strategies to implement I feel confident against aggressive and heavier opponents playing the outside and controlling range, closing range and disengaging.
thats awesome to ear thanks so much man! keep up the good training!
My personal favorite technique was the right roundhouse counter to the jab I find this works almost every time I use it
sweet!!
U actually show technique and apply it in sparring.... u are awsome thanks
thanks david!
Really good stuff. Some good variations of the Dutch combinations that I’ve learned. I appreciate these videos...I know how much time they take to make. Keep up the good work.
thanks man!

I always felt that I kind of gravitated toward this style of kickboxing. The Dutch are so energetic and aggressive. I loved watching Ramon Dekkers fight. Good video as always!

these videos are freaking awesome
:)
Excellent as always.
thanks bro!!
Great content, thanks for sharing your knowledge
thanks for watching!
Nice video. I'm Dutch and did kickboxing fo years. Its indeed the combinations to setup what you want to finish with. I learned that when you do the same thing (like jab, cross, lowkick) again and again, your opponent will count on that lowkick after the punches. When you notice that your opponent has a hold on that combination, you can surprise him with something completely else. Like many other martial arts, its about reading your opponent and how he reacts to actions.
thanks for watching!
your video is always helpful! thanks!!
thank you brother!
MONSTER! Thanks for all your videos bro!
thanks for the support bro!
Very good videos man, keep up the good work!

You’re welcome
I still don't understand why your channel have only this quantity of subscribers. Great job, Jeff. 🤜🤜🤜
thanks Rafaela! hopefully one day it blows up! :)
For anyone reading this; these drills will really help you when sparring or fighting.
MMAShredded, keep up the great work!
thanks so much Tony!
Awesome video Jeff👍
thank you!!
A good thing to do off that last one too is if they check the kick fake to draw the check then blast the hook when the check comes up and chop the leg as it comes down. You obviously put a lot of work into that style of training. Your footwork and partner's footwork during the demo is on point good to see Dutch concepts being highlighted on TH-cam in such an accurate way
thanks!
Awesome video!! Nice tips!!
thank you!
@@MMAShredded of course man! I hope you get far! You deserve a lot more subscribers man!!
Awesome drills sir!! If u can make another video of these dutch drills please make it. It will be appreciated(you make these vids for us that is highly appreciated by us too). Thank you!!
thanks bro!
Great video......and great drills.....
thanks shiva!
I like how I train this into my style of fighting it's real easy to do and to add more to it when I'm sparring these sure do work
thanks for watching!
Yeah I usually watch your videos and I apply it with adding more to finish or be at a dominant position to finish
Another good vid. Very useful
thank you!
Very good. Thank you
thank you!
@MMAShredded Really liked this video good practicality one of the best demo of the Dutch style ive seen I think you could do really well creating an entire video series to this specific style or a making it part of your download format.
I also think flowing/switch stance could be one to look at as you flow very well. Thanks again
awesome thank you for the suggestion, i will def think about it!
MMAShredded Dutch kickboxing course would be awesome!
Your switch kick is nice and fluid
thank you!
bellissimo! good work for many things!
thanks man!
Nice, as a Dutchman I do recognize the drills :). The kick/kickback is a tough cardio drill too :)
awesome bro!
i know this is an older video and you may not see this comment but i really appreciate the editing around the 4 minuet mark, it really made this easy to understand
thanks for watching Mark!
another great video :)
thanks retriever!
2:48 gotta love the default ringtone in the back
What? That's a timer. It's about as commonplace in kickboxing practice as gloves.
Thanks
thanks for watching!
great video
thanks!
Love it..I have a fight coming up next month. So another piece of my arsenal from seeing this will be used.. was just explaining what sit h kickboxing was to my fiance then this come up lmao...plus as a trainer myself teach these to my students. Always adding new things and I recommend my students to watch some of your videos as well. It's one that ng to see it from me then I have them watch you to also see it's something that's taught many places. It opens their eyes more seeing other people do other techniques I instruct to them..good work man keep it up ..much success to you
thanks so much for your support and sharing my content brother! your awesome!
MMAShredded Thank you ...No problem brother all love!!!
This gent and Sean Fagan are all I watch.
thanks for your support!
Great stuff again! So with these drills should I do these for like 2 or 3 rounds each or work on them a few mins each?
yeah! do it as a warm up before training
Can I just say that you are doing great videos I am using these in my coaching lessons for kickboxing you were bringing great content not just for kid boxing but for martial arts in general how can we support you more in providing this great content that you are giving us

I fucking LOVE your channel!
Thank you so much man!!
1:13 I ran across the room spilling my coffee to check my phone lol, on topic sweet drills! I'll try to incorporate them in my sparring for sure
haha awesome!
Really great video, you should do a collab with fight tips some day
Keep up the hard work
i plan to, thanks for your support!
Best fighting channel. Can you make a video on how to win against a coach? I really hate my coach.
haha thats a very vague request. Your coach can be George St Pierre, your coach can be Tj Dillashaw, your coach can be a nobody.
How to beat gsp
bring a gun
Become a better fighter than him haha. Or switch gyms
haha i dunno how to beat gsp
I like the frikandel and kroket drill.
cheers!
This is the best video ever!!,!,,,,
You like theses types of videos the best (drills)? thanks for your feedback sarah
What a perfect video
thank you!
Keep teaching us your best 💪🏻
I gotta watch this a few times.
awesome!
Love this video Jeff. As a quick question: is there any kind of competition you recommend I do before I take another mma fight. I lost my first one due to lack of experience. I need more competition experience before I take another fight. Thank you and as always #MMASHREDDED
People either gain experience in muay thai first or BJJ first. I personally accumualated approx 25 muay thai fights before I jumped into MMA. I know others who crushed BJJ tournaments and gained a lot of grappling experience before going into MMA. You want to have one strong discipline, whether its striking or grappling!
Nice ! does the free course still exist?
WOOOOO!!!! Looking sharp as blade my bro!!!! Loving the Tatami Fightware you sport on the vids, gotta grab me some now. Any tips on the low kicks??? I want those Jeff Chan low low kicks😀
I am not sure how you are currently low kicking right now, but my main tips to low kicks is to step into the pivoted position (heel facing opponent), bend the standing leg, hit with the shin and hit horizontally! Cheers brother Jaycee!
@@MMAShredded it's that horizontal line my martial brother. I couldn't put my finger on it but now that you say it, it make sense. You are too awesome my bro, cheers
I love dutch kickboxing.
cheers!
Jeff is my favorite muscian percusionist
thanks for watching!!
That is a great desire to teach, I have same desire, WORK FOR YOURSELF!
thank you bro!
Can you post a video on setting up the gazelle hook punch
noted!
Can you post a new full video on you strictly shadowboxing and switching stance while punching
I sure can, give me a few weeks, i was already planning on starting on a shadowboxing video!
MMAShredded I've watched several of your videos and your kicks are fearless. During sparring some times my little toes get jammed during a push kick or when they step a bit out of range so it hits a shin or knee. Can you comment on techniques to prevent toe injuries
honestly I have the same problem with my toes being jammed on the elbows or knees.Honestly the only thing I can say is to time your push kicks more and work on accuracy hahaha.
@@MMAShredded thank you for your coaching feedback
Hi, can you make a video on Blocking and Counter attack hay makers or wild punches?
How about against aggressive fighters/pressure fighters?
Could you upload the 1st person view sparring vid, please?
it will give you a headache from all the shaking and movement haha..
Jeff you´re so cool and good fighter! My name is Miguel Fuentes, Greetings from Venezuela
nice to meet you!
Nice, bro.Dutch drill, but like I'm seeing Masato's hand speed,Buakaw's kicks and Musashi's stance and stamina in one with slight exageration.Great, useful vid as always with a big LIKE,of course.I'm hardly waiting for your match.Hope it will be an easy win for you.I'm not an expert, but you seem,to have, what it takes!☺
Oh here is your comment (referring to your other one). I honestly genuinely just missed it !! So sorry for not answering at first! Thank you for your comment, i'd never take offense to your kind words and thanks for the support man !
This is so sick Jeff! I’m telling you these are the best videos on TH-cam and Instagram! I watch Duane Ludwig’s videos 2nd to yours just for reference to what level your on brother.
wow thanks for your comment man! You motivate me , thank you!
Jiff's videos are the best i think i'm addicted !! And if you want the truth i'm unsubscribing from the other channels i don't need them ☹😁😆
👺👊
Are these combos that TJ are using but with amazing footwork and crazy vision of when to engage
thanks for watching!
Jeff do u have any videos on things to do after your kick is caught ?? And if not can u give some options please ?
I can def make a video on it! actually one of the most common things taught to me while im here in thailand have been what to do when your kick is caught hahaha, such a coincident
@MMAShredded, thank you I’m a big fan and supporter of your work.
Very informative info. your content is always rich in technique. How important do you feel stances are to each style you show in your videos?
thanks so much bro! I think its important to be able to change your stance / style up on the go. Each stance significantly changes how well you can execute certain techniques
There are some fighters who have different styles _per_ stance. Wonderboy has two different styles of karate for both his stances.
