    Not sure if in America this is common, but here in South East Asia (Singapore) where i'm from, we used to have this game called "Hopscotch" while growing up in an era without mobile phones and video games. You literally hop across small squares vertically and then there are extended rectangles horizontally halfway through the layout. so you hop on one leg and then use two legs for a "split hop".
    The main purpose of the game is not to lose balance when you hop with one leg but the catch was after every round you complete, you start on a higher square...it really improves your balance and footwork!

    Love the idea of "foot ladder" instead of agility ladder. These get a lot of hate but can be a great tool if used correctly.

    Perfect timing. I just bought mine. But anyway, two questions. 1. Is it recommended to do this barefoot in grass as I train mostly at home? And 2. At what point would I insert this training regimen in the weeks throughout the Body Armor Program?

    • @PhilDaruStrong
      @PhilDaruStrong  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes barefoot in grass is ideal. Body armor I would use in the beginning of the workout

    Jump rope
    Jumping jacks
    Burpees
    Jump rope
    mountain climbers
    Lunges
    Jump rope
    All for 3 minutes. Is this a good routine to do. I’m not smart I just do it to feel like I’m doing something and staying strong 🤷🏽‍♂️.
    I’m definitely going to invest in your programs I’ve been needing some professional help so thank you for that 🙏🏽.
