Yeah I’m not doing that long scoop think that makes the purpose of a truck being a truck with a lower duct might as well get a car and it looks like a pain in the ass to install
Installed the Super Scoop on my 2005 Ram 3500 4x4 and oh my. what a difference. The 4x4 ride height means the scoop is far away from the ground so as to avoid hitting anything. Thanks Banks!
I run the dry version on my 06’ but without the scoop but I cut the bottom of the box off and attached some metal screen! Running into the banks horn and all the 3.5in hot and cold pipes so it all runs a pretty good breeze thru the power plant but will be getting rid of it when I 2nd gen swap here in a month! But yeah seems like you would be cleaning your filter slot! Good idea I guess!

Great install video.
The only true issue is getting the product from the manufacturer.
Give us a call 859-737-4966.
Thank you for super help..Putting mine in today in the rain...
You're welcome! Hope you got it installed!
I run a safari snorkel up top near the roof line. Never would put a scoop down low!
Good way to Scoop water in to your intake
I guess if you take a ride through a pond then yeah.

Thanks for the info!
I love the idea but that would not be an ideal placement for me on the bottom of the bumper 🤣 I'm sure it's excellent for highway and city !
I've had one on my 07 duramax for years its good until it rains alot
Exactly my thoughts. I live in the PNW between two mountain ranges.
Do u be leave it’s worth it.
Got a chance to get one cheep, it’s for painted bumper but mine is chrome. Will it work w bracket modified.
Do they have like some kind of sock to go over ram air inlet? I am think for snow as it would blow up and onto filter?
Really Really nice
Thank you! Cheers!

Does the scoop makes the difference??
Oh nah Whoever I’m driving behind in the rain all that water will get sucked up into my engine with the super scoop I’ll pass
This looks like a very bad idea to me. Around here, you'd be scooping up cubic yards of dirt.
Maybe for a pavement queen. I'll never run that filter though... never.
A big waist of time and money!
