Well, I don't know if these are 'tips' per say, its more of a really accurate list. A tip is advice that moves towards the listener's goal, these are about not making her uncomfortable, rather than helping a guy regaining her interest. While there's crossover between the two, they're not the same. I guess a general tip for guys is if she starts genuinely losing interest and that makes you uncomfortable, first you want to accept that feeling shamelessly. You want to be with someone who's fun and positive and loves spending time with you. Accept that discomfort without shame, that's a healthy belief. Then build on that, have self-respect, which is where a lot of guys drop the ball. If you had plans to go to the game with her and its gonna require you hyping it up or convincing her, its not gonna be as fun as bringing another friend who's been dying to spend time with you. Don't even try to convince her, truly have other options and keep living a great life. Desire is built from a distance, in the space between people, love is built in closeness and familiarity, the goal here is desire. Yes it sucks that she can't be part of that single experience, but again the issue is literally about focusing on the wrong thing. You want to build desire right now. What you're doing by chasing her before you've built that desire is you're investing in a dying relationship; its a really low value thing to do and an honest signal that you're not a winning prospect for her. What would you're investments look like if you invested that way, think about the kind of life that attitude yields. Why would she want that for herself, why would you want that for yourself. You have train those needy behaviours out of yourself, and genuinely pull back when she does, genuinely lose interest as well, not in a reactive way "she is so I'll follow" or a gamey sort of way 'well she waited 3 hours to text back so I'll wait 5', but in the sense that you want what's best for yourself and she's actually not up to par. You're looking for someone that's into it and excited! Maybe in the future she could be, but also maybe not. That's what having standards is like internally. You have to lead yourself before you lead her. And if she really can't or won't follow, because she doesn't like you there's other dancers on the dance floor who will; if you're attractive to one woman you are attractive to many. Its only really worth being a little pushy, albeit subtly and creatively, if she genuinely doesn't see your value and you're really sure about her, but even then its worth considering defaulting back to self-respect, do you really want to make it work with a girl who doesn't immediately recognize your value over the girl you could meet who does? You're going to have to work way harder with the first one, doing things that aren't natural to you to make up for what she thinks you lack and you'd be sacrificing what makes you radiate and excel. Is that really worth it to have her love you if you resent the life you live day to day? If you answered anything other than no, that's why you lost her in the first place
Communication is the other tip worth mentioning. How you got to this place is likely that when she was invested in it you didn't know how or what was exciting for her, or what needs you were meeting that at some point changed. This probably didn't happen overnight, it happened gradually as you kept doing things that put her on a pedestal, made her uncomfortable, or were generally less attractive than every other option she has. Its hard fix something without knowing how or what's wrong and she'll never tell you. The only way to tackle that is long before then, by being super in tune with what you genuinely want and going after that thing and holding up those standards for yourself. You won't have the energy, attention and discipline to think and decide on what's right for the relationship in every moment, so you have to embody attractive behaviour as habits. For example, if you're only kind to strangers when you're around people who will judge you but not otherwise, that will become a problem. What you want instead is to embody what you're about all the time it; it communicates a standard you have for yourself and reduces the pressure of looking good to others. When you do the opposite, exhibiting behaviours you haven't fully integrated, maybe because you're catering to her or are in a new environment, she experiences that as incongruence and it breeds mistrust; she won't feel as safe following your lead, she'll start to see what you want as an expectation you have of her creating pressure and resistance, you'll look less sure of yourself and when she compares you to her orbiters...see, now you have problems. Things you want have to truly about you, be fully integrated and communicated as such. For example, if you tell her you like it when she answers her phone when you call, that's an expectation and she may or may not do that. If you instead say you're actually really busy and don't usually make time for phone calls except with certain people and her playfulness on your phone chats with her made you feel elated and curious to see more of her, that's going to yield better results. You have to communicate what you actually like so she can be that for you and in a way that is about you and not her. And you have to mean it, if she stops answering your calls or being playful to follow up on the example, don't call her again, her behaviour is below your standard!!! And its your behaviour that outlines that standard not your words. It has to be real, she will test you on it! So set good ones, not about who you were in the past, or a future you you wish you were, or a standard that impresses her that you can't keep up, or one that just tries to get her compliance, because then you'd be dependent on her and its not really about you. Once you have your standards, you will now have a reliable space she can see and feel and decide to walk into. Frame, and picture. Then you can find what she likes and wants from the people in her life, including you and with that map you can try to be that for her, remembering also that like you she's probably going to communicate as poorly and expect things that may be unreasonable but that she means well and you just have to talk about it. It really is as simple as being genuine from there, good behaviour will start being rewarded and repeated, bad behaviour will cause breaks in connection, and every repair, the heart of a relationship, will require good communication and will strengthen what you mean to each other as you make yourself more fitted to each other. Overall the relationship will be about what you guys both enjoy with each other and not other things, which will keep you both invested in it and investing in it because you get more out of life together than apart or with other people.
To sum up guys, lead yourself first, then lead her. Know what you want and be that, pursue that, let the conflicts happen when then do, its no loss to lose someone that's not right for you, and if she creates a rift, its up to her to fix it. But she has to know how, you have to tell her what you like and in the right way. You have to mean what you say and do. By the same token, if you know what she likes, and you should, and you do something you shouldn't and its a genuine mistake and you're losing her over it its up you to take ownership over it completely. But if the thing you did is something that's a genuine part of you, and she's upset about it, just think about it for a moment, she's not right for you! Love yourself first, and be true to that. It may sound strange to say the path to regain her interest is to lose interest, because you might lose her anyways by doing that too, especially if you don't mean it, but the nuance is in where you place your attention. That's what went wrong in the first place and how to fix it. Refocus on what matters, and take responsibility for your happiness. You'd be surprised how attractive you can become by simply drumming out all the unattractive habits that hold you back. People really do value what they have when its gone, its not just a thing we say. But even if she doesn't, its okay because you're focused elsewhere. You will need an eb and flow of closeness and distance to maintain things in the future, if you do regain her interest, attention, commitment, and love, but that's okay because you're putting yourself first now and trust me, she likes that about you

My partner will tell me she doesn’t like holding hands- but then will hold hands with our friends instead of me! It makes me feel distant.. What u should do is disappear. Text infrequently or not at all for a period. When u do interact you give her gold and are great and confident to her, and then you disappear again. This won't work everytime but it's your best chance of making her want u again. You need to show her that you're not that into her even if u are, that u aren't thinking about her. Obviously this is hard to do if u really want someone but do your best to resist all the urges to contract them.
