    3-5x Intermediate
This program is designed for time under tension. We aren't going to count reps. I want you to focus on doing only clean full range of motion movements in the allotted time. It does not matter if you do 1 or 50, as long as they are clean. Rest time will be the time it takes to change the height of the rings. For Week 1 you will do 3 sets. Complete the routine twice. You will have two minute rest in between sets. If you want Week 2,3 & 4 then kindly shoot me an e-mail at: n3vr3la@gmail.com and I'll be glad to send you the rest of the
    program!
I also forgot to add the importance of the False Grip on the Rings is due to the Rings not being a stationary tool.
They can move 360 degrees. This makes the transition very difficult to obtain if you're not in a False Grip.
When you are in the False Grip, your palm is already on top of the ring, making the transition a lot smoother and soother
    on the wrists.

I'm 52, and never thought in a million years, I would ever be able to complete a legit ring muscle up. Three weeks later after watching this video a million times, taking notes and hitting it hard, I'm rockin ring muscle ups and the kids think I'm an old gymnast..Thank you for posting this excellent tutorial and Shane Locker, I'm in 106 Park in the Bronx every weekend, come by and I'll help straighten you out, you rude clown. I'm the grey haired guy on the rings.

I am sincerely grateful for all the love and support you have all given this teaching. I appreciate your patience on the reply backs for the Free Program. If you have not recieved an email back, kindly post here and I'll be sure to email you back as soon as possible. I've had to step away from TH-cam much longer then antisicpated, however it's all in preparation for what I have planned for us. I am most excited for the day I return and come online full time and offer all of the teachings I have been learning in the past years. The consistent comments and emails over the years of all your successes in achieving the Ring Muscle Up, in all ages, is most inspiring. I just smile each time and get more motivated to achieve the goals I have set out in order to benefit us all. Until then, keep succeeding, stay patient, stay humble, and like Goggins says, Stay Hard!

I'm 67 and pretty athletic, but in my 20s and 30s I used to do just basic ring exercises at the park and now I can't even pull myself up to them so I bought a set of rings, hooked them to my high bar, did all these exercises for 4 months and now I'm probably five times stronger than I was when I started out. Of course I also do push-ups, curls with weights, four chin-ups at a time that's my max but I do a dozen sets of 4. I've also watched several other ring training videos and this is the best. So good luck everyone. Just don't give up.

This is amazing, thank you!! I love that you give drills for how to get comfortable in false grip (super beginner) to muscle-ups. I'm fairly good on bars (very, very close to a muscle-up, weighted and L pull ups, straight bar deep dips, small band and negative muscle-ups), but am more or less new to rings. This is great in that helps me as a "rings beginner" who doesn't know how to hang, but also as someone likely to progress quickly. Love the attention to form, too :)
