HOW TO RING MUSCLE UP - FULL BEGINNERS GUIDE+ FREE 4 WEEK PROGRAM

This program is designed for time under tension. We aren't going to count reps. I want you to focus on doing only clean full range of motion movements in the allotted time. It does not matter if you do 1 or 50, as long as they are clean. Rest time will be the time it takes to change the height of the rings. For Week 1 you will do 3 sets. Complete the routine twice. I also forgot to add the importance of the False Grip on the Rings is due to the Rings not being a stationary tool.
They can move 360 degrees. This makes the transition very difficult to obtain if you're not in a False Grip.
When you are in the False Grip, your palm is already on top of the ring, making the transition a lot smoother and soother
on the wrists.

    I’ve gotten really good at pull-ups. On a bar I can do a pull up up to my stomach. (Still no muscle up) I tried one on the rings and I could on,y do the pull part. So I got something to stand on and then realized I couldn’t do a single dip.

    can anyone tell me how you know you're gripping in the correct way? for me i feel when i go to do deadhang, my grip changes but its difficult to tell if its the same as him

      You'll know the correct false grip when you start forming calluses on your wrist. Yes, it's hard and painful in the beginning. He explains this in his video.

    I remember once I got so overweight, the good doctor told me to lose some weight. A friend suggested gymnastics. So I tried this, the Gymnastic Ring. . Failed miserably. So I switched to the Uneven bars. THEIR EVEN NOW!

    Fantastic video. My heart goes out to this man's family having learned he passed away last year. Very touching to see people continuing to benefit from this guide to the muscle up.     I am at Step 1 now. Started this morning. Took me few minutes to figure out why i was not able to dead hand in a false grip. I need to practice more so that i can hop hop until i hold that position.
