The looks great and cooked very well,with the right ingredients flavor color that will tastes delicious .with the right team of workers working as one with understanding heart love you can go along way.
I go to Basic in 2 weeks in Chicago. My A school will also be in Chicago so here I am doing my homework cause I ain’t eating Fucking hotdogs while I’m out there😂🤙🏽

Wow this looks so good. My only suggestion for the video itself (not the restaurant) is that you spend too much time filming the prep work (almost 7 minutes). That's too long. We just need to see one or two minutes of prep work. I'd like to see the seating area, the view from the customer side when ordering,. The camera needs to zoom out once in a while too; close up is good but pull back once in while, let's see the restaurant. But you have a good channel overall, much respect.

I know hes making these extra big for the camera, but you could make 5 more tacos with everything that falls out of these on the grill. In the food business, thats money hes wasting.

Also in this video someone just said the grease and I remember years ago I was working for CHASE BANK I was making eggs to order and after that I broke the line and the Chef asked me about a pot of stew and she said what's wrong with this and I said to much grease and I said who made this and she said a cook then I said don't hire him because he doesn't know what he is doing you have to skim off the fat as it not healthy it's actually a turn off and sometimes I will test cook's to test there intelligence
Respect for the people who are working at this place, they work faster than machines.

I just love big ol pots boiling/simmering on the stove 😁 If you ever try fresh tortillas you won't want bagged ones except for Doritos 😁.
