      I'm seriously considering it

    I bought the Rebel 2 weeks ago and I love it. I was thinking to put on an aftermarket exhaust, but when I put it on the first time, I was amazed how good the sound with stock exhaust is. So I am not changing anything at the exhaust part. I only put nice saddle bags on it and enjoy riding it. Such a beautiful and great to ride bike. Did I already say, that I love it? ;-)

      That's great you're loving it. They look brilliant with saddle bags. If you get a chance to hear it with the arrow exhaust have a listen. It's noisy and rebelish 🙈but sounds epic

      @@RevZolution The problem with sound is, that you cannot judge from a video on youtube. I saw several videos with comparison of the stock exhaust with different after market exhausts and later ones sounded way better than the stock exhaust. So I was thinking about it. When I heard the stock exhaust in real live, it sounds like the aftermarket exhausts on the video. It just sounds realy great and I like the sound and the grumbling, when you close the throttle is very sexy. So no need for me to pay extra money for an exhaust.
      If I would think about it, it would be necessary for me to hear it live and not just on a video on the computer. It would be difficult for me to have access to a Rebel with a different exhaust.
      BTW, great review, you made about the Rebel. Sums up exactly what I experienced so far with that bike.

      I've had 4 exhaust on that bike! My favorite sounding exhaust was the Vance & Hines, but it was a bit too loud for me. The exhaust I have right now is the Musarri, with the baffle removed. Great rumbling sound and not quite as loud as the V&H.

    • @ThereIsProbablyNoGod
      @ThereIsProbablyNoGod 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jimsaddler942 The problem is, that there are restrictions regarding the noise. If you are too loud, you get tickets and your bike could be removed from the road. I personaly like deep sounds, that are not too loud. The stock sound of the rebel is very nice and I would not pay extra money to get another sound with the risk of getting put out from the police. It is not a good feeling, when you cruise around and always have to look out for the cops.

    You should lend a Honda Shadow Ace 750 for comparison :) and make a video on that...

    Hey mate, I am considering getting this bike.
    Are you tall? I'm 5'9 tall, do you think that this bike would be a good size for me?

    • @RevZolution
      @RevZolution  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm 5'8", this bike is absolutely fine for my size. However, I'd strongly consider getting the Kawasaki Vulcan 650. It's far more comfier and fun to ride. Check out my video on both bikes. I put them back to jack with reviews and ended up buying the Vulcan.
      However, the rebel 1100 is a better bike than the 500. The 500 just lacks in a few areas for me.

    I was looking at this bike once done my bigger licence but also cbr500r only thing that pushes me away is I'm 5'10 and not sure if going to feel too cramped and also only get approx 150 mile off full tank of fuel compared to well over 200 off the cbr

    • @RevZolution
      @RevZolution  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm 5'7 and I feel slightly too big on the Rebel. But also the cbr500r feels tiny compared to the bikes I've owned and ridden. Best advise would be to test ride them for over an hour to get a feel for what you like👍

      It's a Scorpion exhaust. This one came with it from Honda but I'm sure if you go to the Scorpion website you'll be able to find it for your bike no problem. Its an amazing sounding exhaust. You won't be disappointed 👍

    With arms fully stretched fatique would surely come much sooner. Do you think that aftermarket steering pipe a little higher and lean a bit backwards would solve the problem?

    • @RevZolution
      @RevZolution  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      To be honest I didn't find an issue with the position. I wouldn't take it on a long distance ride as I prefer different style bikes for that but for a bike to use locally it would be perfect
