Thank you Chris! Great video. You actually solved a mystery for me. And I appreciate the detail you went into. I actually had the stereo installed and I guess they kept the tools. Now I'm trying to find that tool for sale and none of my local stores carry it. They actually have the U-shaped tool, but when I asked if they had any other radio removal tools, they said "Well, there's a hammer"...sheesh. The main thing is that now removal of my Pioneer radio is actually possible...without a hammer!
Okay this may be a dumb question but when i bought my used car there was no face plate. Can I use any brand faceplate or doe sit have to be the exact model?
