I've been using the Stealth Cam Fusion for over a year now. If the Stealth Cam Fusion X works near as good as it's predecessor it should turn out to be a great working cellular trail camera. The main difference between the Stealth cam Fusion and the Fusion X is that now it takes videos. Not only does it record videos to the camera it will transmit the videos to your app for a small fee.
At this price point it's competition is the spypoint link micro cellular trail camera, the tactacam reveal x cellular trial camera and the Moultrie Delta cellular trail camera. The stealthcam Fusion X is the highest priced camera of the 4. At the highest priced cellular trail camera you would think that it would have the most features but it does not.
At the end of the year could the stealth cam fusion x be considered the best cellular trail camera? We'll see once I do my review of the stealth cam fusion x in the following month. As far as reliability the Stealth Cam Fusion has been the best camera that I own. As far as features the stealth cam fusion was near the bottom of my list.
When you buy a stealth cam fusion x it comes with the stealth cam command app. The stealth cam command app is the only way you can control the Fusion and Fusion X camera as well as a few other cameras they have coming out. The new Command app has some new features like Species filters as well as analytics to help you pattern the deer.
From the first time I got a cellular trail camera I've liked how easy it was to scout my deer hunting property. The stealth cam fusion was my 3rd brand of cellular trail camera I owned. Since I have so much experience with cellular trail cameras I started doing trail camera reviews. Cellular trail cameras can really enhance your deer hunting experience. I plan on doing a lot of trail camera reviews in 2021. I have a lot of trail camera reviews i uploaded from 2020.
I am determined to find the best cellular trail camera in 2021. But there will never be a perfect cellular trail cam videos unless it takes trail cam videos. I hope I can make a good cellular trail camera video that will help you determine a good cellular trail camera to order.
In this video I inserted some stealth cam fusion x trail cam footage from the stealth cam command app as well as from the SD card. The stealth cam fusion x will be a great deer hunting 2021 scouting tool.
While this video isn't a stealth cam fusion x review I will be doing one in the next month. As well I will being doing a comparison video where I compare the stealth cam fusion x, moultrie delta and the possibly the tactacam reveal x. As well I plan doing a comparison video for some more expensive cellular trail cameras and less expensive non cellular trail cameras.
So far the Stealth cam fusion x cellular trail camera is a good camera and it's working well. Look forward to a few more cellular trail camera reviews this 2021 summer before the 2021 Deer season star.

My fusion works great not sure if paying for video downloads is going to make me upgrade.
The three colored circles on the app you didn't know what it did. It adds color to your black and white night pictures
Just got two of these for $40 each at the local WMart. Been using the older Sonix for two years and it's been great. Stealth Cam is some good $#!t
Bought one today and hooked it up to my straight talk phone. Took initial pictures and sent to phone.
If I buy another stealth cam do I need to pay more for monthly fee?
just took mine back to store today! trigger range on my cam was like 25 f only ! horrible !

I think it's worth buying. It's been really reliable for me. If you want I have a code for a good discount. It's not an affiliate code or link just something I know exists ;)

What kind of card and did you use and also did you use lithium batteries?
I had my fusion X out for a week. Worked great . Now it’s Barely sending pics now? Any one know what I need to do thanks.
The button on the right of the favorite star will make a black and white photo ( a photo taken at night) add light. Press that button to get more detail!
Do you have 2 download the videos 2 watch them? Or can u just put the sd card in the pc 2 view them. Been trying 2 watch them on my pc and not working. Thanks

Do you buy the strap, to hang on the tree, separately? Cabellas has the most limited description I've seen. I got the Stealth Cam Reactor Wireless. It hasn't come in yet. What kind of strap for mounting do you recommend if it's not included? Thanks!
A strap will be included. Even so I would recommend a screw in 1/4 20 mount that you can put up a little higher and point down at the bucks. It has a less tendency to spook the big mature bucks

So based on the ones you have experience with, what is your #1 recommendation?
Either the Spartan Go live or fusion x depending on budget but the Spartan go live is no. 1 choice
I have one of these and a Delta Moultre as well. The Moultre works like a dream and never misses a picture, unbelievable immediate upload speed to my app even in fair or weak service. My Stealth Cam fusion X has perfect service and won’t send pictures to the Command Pro app. I feel like I’ve tried everything but it will send a picture every few days and maybe one even though I walked in front of it multiple times. Any suggestions on what to try? Customer service never answers their phone even when on hold for hours on end
I’m not sure what kind of sd card you have but Maybe try a different sd card with a higher data rate.
Great product recap. I bought this camera for video and I just set it up and testing before putting in the field. It took video and I got notice and option to download for $0.25 which I accepted, but it did not download. I called customer service and they confirmed I set up the camera correctly, but have been told that video can take up to 4 days to download - what the hell!! You didn't make any comments about how long it take to download video. How long does your videos take to download once you accept the cost??
In this video th-cam.com/video/Ds7ybSbSZl8/w-d-xo.html I address these issues . But as far as what I have noticed is for the video, it takes two transmissions after you request a video. So depending on your settings it could take some time. I did notice when they’re was a new upstate that the camera would stop sending videos until you updated so maybe check that. Then as far as the $.25 per video I have the unlimited plan and it does alert me with paying for a video. But I can tell you I have dowloaded 100+ videos and I have never been charged. I can’t say this will happen for everyone but that’s been my situation.
How did you scale the videos to 4k to get the wider angle
I just increased the scale in premier for this clips I didn’t do anything special
Just got mine set up activation went good but I won't send me the picture but it is on my SD card
When I try to so the software update it blinks the 3 green but dosent go red then it blinks 2 green saying account not found but you can clearly see my active account on the app ? Any insight
Not too sure to be honest you might just have to call stealthcam for that.
How long do the batteries last on conservative settings?
I’m still testing so I should know in the next couple weeks.
Any update on your testings?
When I have the video on and set to hourly batteries last for around 1000 pics with just the photos your into the 4-5000 range l. I have it in video mode, it’s connected to my solar panel and have over 10,000 images so far with no battery drainage
Just purchased a stealth cam fusion. If I were to get the stealth cam fusion x would it still work by adding a camera to the app? To get videos on the stealth cam fusion x would you have to pay extra for videos?
I’m not real sure but I looks like if you want to have videos sent to you phone you have to oh extra no matter what

No definitely NOT! Service is not reliable. No customer support to help resolve issues. They take payment for data plan but I am not getting pictures. I think they went out of business.
The manufacturer has made those slots really hard to get the cards out because vegan hikers will come by and steal the cards to keep Bambi safe
Does this cam have live streaming? Like I could check what's going on something during the day if I wanted I didn't hear you mention it in the video

It does not as far as I know the only camera that does is the Spartan go live.

@@we-will-see-what-happens ok I'll watch for it so I can check it out I'm thinking now I'm going to go with a reolink go pt it not trail cam it is security cam that takes a data (hotspot) sim card and does real time video and records movement and saves clips I was looking more for security anyways over a property (field) we own thanks I'm going to wait till your review comes out incase I decide to go with that instead
@@miker5700 I have the reo link as well it’s cool for the live features it’s a little difficult with the organization of videos also make sure t mobile works where You are it doesn’t work with a Verizon or at&t or at least the one I have doesn’t
Have you tried to do the software update? I tried doing it and now my fusion x camera isn't working right and it says update pending
I have done one and it worked fine but since Christmas the app hasn’t been working for me not sure what’s going on there
Those 3 circles that you think does nothing is for your night time photos it puts color in instead of viewing the pictures in black and white.
I bought the stealth cam Connect I hooked it up got a test picture and since then I can't get no response from the camera sometimes all lights light up on the solar panel but that's it. Customer service won't return my call after making several calls to them. Am I doing something wrong ? I know just enough to get into trouble about these cameras 😂
How long ago did you buy it?
After the free unlimited plan did you have to still pay to see the videos or did they give you a certain amount with the unlimited plan
To be honest I’m not sure the app says it’s charging me but no extra charges have showed up on my bills

Yes your phone and the camera bill are separate and the app works with any service

Do I need a smart phone to set it up?
No you can set it up through the stealth command website but you’ll need to make sure you have the camera with you because you’ll have to type in some numbers from the camera
What kind of flash does it have
The camera uses an infrared flash. I use the stealth cam or HME full size SD card and I just used energizer alkaline batteries
Does not matter about flash, they don’t send pictures, think they out of business
Just bought this. Do you need to pay to just review the photos or the video? Also, for future wise, is there any trail cameras that I can View LIVE? Just like a normal home doorbell camera would allow you too?
When this camera came out it didn’t work unless you paid the monthly fee. But I believe now the camera will work either way. Yes there are a couple of cameras you can view live. But they are pricey. The Spartan go live is one. The reo link/ keen ranger pt. And with the exodus and tactacam reveal I’m not sure if you can go live but you can make it take and send a picture instantly. But with all of those for that feature you absolutely have to have an external power source like a solar panel because the cellular data is always roaming therefore always using your batteries

So i have a trespasser who stole 2 cameras. I think hes back. Is this going to help me catch him. Can i get pics immediately to my phone?
I probably wouldn’t recommend this camera unless you had it locked or hidden. Neither the notification nor transmission speed will be quick enough to catch the person or even send the image before they could get the card out of the camera and stop the transmission from going through.
How good battery life does??? HELP PLEASE!!!
You can get around 700 hundred transmissions when set to immediate

How do I get the video after I hit download
Once you hit DowNload it usually takes a few transmissions to send it back to you and video you chose to view will have a play icon over it

Buyer beware these cameras only operate with a active cell account they do not operate without it.... Mine lasted a month they tell me my SIM card's bad.... Very disappointed

It’s just an image on the door to the office. It’s actually my oldest son with the day of the dead face and he’s really big into movies and fantasy so he has antlers. All my doors in my office have my kids on them
Your app doesn't even look like my app I do not have none of the options that you have. Not to mention it does not want to send me any pictures

what kind of sd card do you have in the camera? I noticed cameras act different based on the memory card you're using. for instance I have two tactacams set up 100 yards from each other. one has a cheap card in it and the other has a good fast 100 mb sec card in it. the one with the cheap card works but it won't send me videos when i request them and the one with the good card will. Unfortunately the cameras are 10 hours away so I can't go replace the cheap card with a better one atm
Just bought a fusion x today and it connects to my phone all the led light up like they are supposed to but yet still no pictures come through to my app

You don’t have to have a cell phone you can check the pics on your computer. As well the camera’s service and your phone service don’t have to be the same the camera works on its own plan.

Don’t waste time and money on this junk, Service is spotty at best, no customer service or support. I ended up cancelling my service and threw away both cameras, Just junk.
I have regular fusion and it's been doing an amazing job for a solid year now. No issues other than battery life SUCKS so just go into it planning on buying either a solar panel or external 12 volt. I'm running external 12 volt online and it lasted from August to March was still showing full bars in March when I went to get it. But trigger speed and night illumination is awesome for a 99 dollar cell cam. Pics again for 99 dollars are good. I can't speak on customer service cuz I never had to use them but as far as the camera goes I'm very pleased with my fusion I have a fusion X supposed to be showing up in the mail today really looking forward to the high definition downloads
