Good review of Romania's basic sleeper service ! I enjoy Romania's passenger car color scheme because it is similar to our old Missouri Pacific's color scheme !
Oh dear, ISTER used to be such a great train and had a Hungarian staffed Restaurant Car. The Eastbound service is far better as the Sleeper is prepared by a Hungarian team with more care and attention.
I'm very disappointed that everyone is discovering that Romanian trains, including the first class sleeping cars, are quite... unkempt (not to mention dirty!). Indeed, they are a bit older, but even if they were new, the cleanliness would not be up to the desired parameters. Clearly, the Romanians don't know how to clean!
@@Davidnw2010_ OK, I agree, that's right! But why doesn't CFR fire them, now they have a choice. There are a lot of Asian workers in Romania, much more hardworking, who can now replace the lazy ones.

The CFR workers are kind of lazy to do so.
