1 Mineral Lowers Blood Pressure...Prevent Heart Attack & Stroke | Dr. Mandell

  • With high blood pressure affecting around 70 million people just in the U.S. and increasing the risk of two of the leading causes of death for Americans - heart disease and stroke - preventing or controlling blood pressure is an essential healthcare objective.
Labeled the "silent killer," due to often having no warning signs or symptoms, high blood pressure is a common and often dangerous condition.
A meta-analysis, funded by the Indiana University School of Medicine Strategic Research Initiative, details positive results that show an association between a daily intake of magnesium and a reduction in blood pressure.

This is a very interesting video. It was short the way I like them. It was informative which is good. But the critical piece of information, the reason why I am here in the first place, was only mentioned once and not very well pronounced so it was difficult to understand what the info was. And not even mentioned in the description

My primary dr just "let me go" because I wouldn't take the "recommended treatment" which was high blood pressure medicine. I want to do it naturally.
