  • Clogged arteries result from the build-up of a substance called plaque in the arterial walls. It is also medically referred to as arterial plaque. This plaque can reduce blood flow or even block it altogether.
Clogged arteries increase your risk of developing other health complications like a heart attack or stroke.
Some of the most common risk factors for clogged arteries are:
High levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) or low levels of HDL (good cholesterol)
    A high blood pressure
    Smoking tobacco
Diabetes or elevated blood sugar levels
A family history of atherosclerosis or clogged arteries
    Stress
    Obesity
    A sedentary lifestyle
Most cases of clogged arteries do not exhibit any symptoms until a heart attack or blood clot presents itself. However, in cases where 70% or more of the arteries are blocked, you will notice the following symptoms.
Severe cases of clogged arteries may exhibit symptoms like:
    Shortness of breath
    Sweating
    Nausea
    Chest pain or angina
    Palpitations of the heart
    Dizziness
    Weakness

I started a keto diet and taking EVO with Apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper and eating loads of fatty meat(bacon, ribeye steak, etc.) my cholesterol is now 148. I would have been out of her office, asap and forever. As a retired Dr. I always listened to what patients told me what they were doing. If it worked I told them to continue. If it didn’t work I would ask how’s that going for you? And discuss changes that should make a difference for them… never did I criticize a patient for being on the wrong path.. remember. Most people are doing the best they can.

My cardiologist was overwhelmed with the results LDLs waaaay down, HDLs up, BP 'DOWN', and Blood glucose at normal ... he took me OFF of all cardio meds and stated: "I dont understand what youve done; but, absolutely DO NOT Stop what you're doing".

I started getting little sharp pains in my chest and I could hardly breathe when I would eat. So I got an appointment with my Cardiologist. He wanted me to go do a stress test which they put radiation and a stimulant into your body to make your heart beat fast to do an x-ray. I was so scared I would have a heart attack so I ran out of there and started this regimen...(2) fresh cloves of garlic chopped up fine and leave sitting on the table for 10-15 minutes so it can produce allicin. Then in a 8oz cup or larger I filled it half full with filtered water 💧. Next I put (1) tablespoon of each ingredient into the cup of water💧...
    -Extra virgin olive oil
    -Black seed oil
    -Apple cider vinegar
    -fresh squeezed lemon 🍋 juice
    -local honey 🍯
then add 1/4 teaspoon of Organic Cayenne pepper 🌶
and 1/2 teaspoon of Organic Ceylon cinnamon. Mix well then fill the cup up with more filtered water 💧to the top and mix some more. When your garlic has sat for at least 10-15 minutes you can put it in your mouth and chase it down with the above concoction or add the garlic to the concoction and drink it down that way. Whatever is easier for you. I noticed a difference after a few days and I am still doing this everyday. I had to adjust my diet and start eating better but at least I can cheat every once in a while and eat what I want to with no more pains in my chest and no more problems breathing. I seriously think that this drink is clearing out the plaque in my arteries and I'm so grateful 🙏 that I'm not going to the hospital for a open heart surgery, a stint or whatever else they shove up your arteries to open them up. P.S. I started with his regimen first but tweeked it and added some more ingredients that I thought were a good fit for me. Enjoy 😉...❤

Did you know these Man made junk foods are fake and artificial...it says so right on the front of the package. After getting baptized and saved... Holy spirit was leading away from that evil to do research on this industry of food supply. All created by Satan to destroy man kind and our health. Blessings unto you for the truth shall set you free. Our bodies and health are important to the Lord. Look at so many Bible based prophets and the followers of Jesus Christ... their age is very old ... most of them lived over 100 years old. Allergies kick my butt most days and fatigue is daily. This man has inspired me to do better and live a long life. I’ve never done a New Years resolution before but in 2023 I will. Drink this everyday, exercise and hopefully be around a long time for my wife, my three kids, and my precious 6 month old granddaughter. I can’t thank you enough doc!!

Hi, Sir, you can reduce allergy by drinking distilled water 2 weeks at a time. It will help pull toxins out of your body and you will be less allergic. The other thing is put away plastic, acrylic, fragrant products that give out gas non stop far from the rooms where you spend time the most in them.
Incorporate more cilantro in your diet to pull out toxic metal.
      Hope it helps.

Thank you for your appreciation and answer to your question is. I chop an apple (any variety of apple) into small pieces, one segment of garlic, juice of one lemon, one teaspoon of extra virgin oil, cayenne pepper one or two pinches and two dashes of black pepper and inch long piece of fresh turmeric and put everything into a blender and add half a cup of water. Now switch on the blender and it would take minute or two to have everything turned into a yellow (due to turmeric) pulp. Drink it before or after breakfast. Taste is good too. I tried using it before breakfast but twice I had churning in stomach and felt sick. I now take this 40 to 45 minutes after my breakfast. I only have one seeded brown bread toast with one fried egg or two boiled eggs and one cup of English tea. I walked in city centre for 45 minutes and also cleared my garden today. I didn't have any pain at all. I think this cocktail has made some room in my clogged up cardio arteries. I have type two diabetes too besides CVD and take 13 tablets a day but they could not prevent the angina pains. My cardiologist told me I had a blood clot in my left artery and they had to do the balloon plasty. Main improvements I noticed is I have energy in my legs and I don't go out of breath when carrying two shopping bags. Prior to using this recipe when I carried groceries bags I had to stop three times to cover 5 minutes walking distance from Aldi to my home. Today I carried stuff without stopping that I used to do to catch breath.

To everyone listening/watching. I have an older sister who takes magnesium for her Heart Health. ER's often give it to critical patients. She recommended me to take it everyday because I've been having some minor Heart issues. I took one caplet a day for about 3 days and it made me feel very jittery/shakey and nauseated to my stomach. I immediately stopped taking them. I found the Doc here on his you tube channel (Dr.Mandell). I've been doing his recommended drink, sometimes with garlic and sometimes without. It has worked wonders for me. It kinda gives me a slight pick me up after drinking but I have more energy and I feel a change in my body. It doesn't make me sick like the magnesium did to me. I added a little xtra V olive oil to the recipe to neutralize the cayenne pepper more. THANKYOU DOC, FOR ALL THE HARD WORK AND GUIDED INSTRUCTIONS. THANKS FOR CARING!!

@Debbie Sparks for some reason the magnesium didn't agree with me but our bodies need it for multiple things. My recent blood work showed me being low on magnesium. So I guess I'm just gonna have to make sure that I have food in my stomach before I take the caplet and slowly go from there. I've been trying to get my magnesium intake naturally from healthy eating. I guess I haven't done enough. Thankyou for letting me know what magnesium is doing for you. It will help me stay positive. I make a big batch of what I call “my concoction” once a month! In my biggest pot I have. I cut up grapefruit, lemons, oranges, apples, bananas and place them peelings and all into the pot. I even throw in some blueberries, strawberries, cherries and grapes. Then I fill the pot with water up to about an inch from the top. Then I put the pot on the stove and cover it and bring it to a boil. Once it starts to boil I reduce the heat and let it simmer leaving the cover on!
I quickly stir the concoction holding the cover over the pot for the moisture on the cover to drip back into the pot and I put the cover back on. I do this several times during the 4 hr. Simmer time. Then I let it cool for an hr. or so and drain it through a colander into several bowls squishing the juice of the cooked fruit with a big ladle! Then I discard the peelings, seeds, and pits and pour the concoction into saved half gallon fruit juice jugs and store it! I refrigerate one jug at a time and every morning I pour one cup full of my concoction into a saucepan and add 2 table spoons of ACV with cayenne pepper and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, cinnamon, ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and a few dashes of finely ground black pepper.
As it’s heating I constantly stir the concoction until it starts to boil then I remove from heat and pour it into a cup and sweeten it with raw honey and stir.
I drink this every morning on an empty stomach.
I’m 68 years old and I’ve been doing this for about a year now never get sick and I haven’t felt this good in 30 years!

@@fitnesslk... yes 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 is the gospel. Read it yes. But then NOW you must obey this gospel which is Acts 2:38. Kjv. "Repent & be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost".
Romans 8 = Without the Holy Spirit you are none of his.
This is not works but obedience. Jesus spoke it in John 3:3-5 & also in Matthew 28:19 which both are fulfilled.

@@samename6479 If you know that 2 Timothy 2:15 KJB is the key to understanding the Bible (all the corrupt modern perversions change that verse), you'll know that what's for Israel (his earthly people) is different from what God is doing today (forming the church which is his body - his heavenly people). God put divisions in his word to us and Acts 2:38 is specifically for Israel. We today are not spiritual Israel. Prophecy has been temporarily interrupted by God for almost the last two thousand years (there are still prophecies to be fulfilled), but this parenthetical time of God's grace is the revelation of the mystery which was revealed to the apostle Paul (compare Romans 16:25 with Acts 3:21 they are different) by the risen Lord Jesus Christ, which had been hid in God (was a mystery and in Acts 2:38 was still a mystery), which is a different gospel than the gospel of the kingdom (for Israel). Any one today who trusts in the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour is instantly baptized by the Spirit and put into the body of Christ. It's a SPIRITUAL baptism, without water. The gospel of the kingdom (for Israel) required water, yes. The two different gospels can even be seen in one verse: Galatians 2:7. After the rapture of us, God's heavenly people, then prophecy will resume and God will indeed fulfill all prophecy. We must "rightly divide the word of truth" (2Tim.2:15). Romans through Philemon in the Bible is specifically given by God for us today.

They come with over 300 side effects including depleting the body of essential CoQ10 necessary for proper heart function. Also, you need healthy cholesterol levels for proper brain function, so forcing "low choleserol" comes with a host of serious problems. They push these prescriptions like somebody's getting rich… Oh, wait a minute - they are. I'm going down to the health food store and buy these ingredients. The VA prescribe blood pressure medication and then a few years later, two different statins - boy, did they screw you up. And going cold turkey from them isn't recommended on my personal experience.
