//ABOUT ME
Hello, My name is Mert, I am a professional 3D artist with nearly 10 years experience, I have started to share all my knowledge with you, my main software is Cinema 4D and my professions are Modeling/Product Visualization/Shading/Lighting/Rendering/Compositing/Motion Graphics Based Animations.
I really enjoy your videos!! Is there are reason you are back using r19 for this tutorial ?
Thanks
No, its just more stable, you can do that with newer versions too.
wouldnt it be faster to model one section, subdivide it and then use radial symmetry? so you dont have to select all the edges.
Sometimes this method is faster and more flexable
So many thank you !!
4:57 why i cant make that loop cut like you do? i tried every direction and its not working? any idea how to fix it?
you have probably isolated or empty point on the edges, if you can`t loop cut, just cut with the line cut.
@@polygonpen ty sir :) i learning alot with your tutorials
Thank you!
5:30 Polygon snapping doesn't work here?
My workflow is split that shape and use [Viewport solo single] that's my solution. Ez for snaping!
there is no snap, just slide tool, right click then select slide.
@@polygonpen you should use carnackeys or something else to show hotkeys, this will improve the speed of the tutorials and help newbies learning the shortcuts instead casually right-clicking.
(ye-ye I saw some people are complaining that the video too fast but don't listen too them. Videos are pause and rewatchable with adjustable speed.
Learning = watch more times the same video.)
When videos keep longer I tend to forget to mention shortcuts, I will look for that to show shurtcuts, thanks.
I dont offend, i am new. I am just curious that why dont use boole to make the hole?
You need to clean the boole after you make it editable, and we are woking in SubD modeling tecqnique, which we need super clean mesh.
